I arrived at 7:26 PM on a Sunday. When I pulled up, there were workers sitting at the booth by the door and one cleaning. They clearly saw me arrive, as the one sitting I saw her say to the other worker something then the worker turned off the lights. The sign on the door states they close at 8:00 PM. This was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Got a sundae. It had plastic in it. I addressed the situation with the guy and he just goes, did you have hot fudge? I said yea and he said yeah that happens didn't offer to get me something else. Maybe had 2 bites of my sundae and just threw it away. Will not be coming back here and be fed plastic

SNO shaved ice and frozen yogurt is such a great place. The kids love it and there are flavors for everyone from rainbow to coconut to my sweet tea w/ lime; I love it! My family has been keeping this from me for years. I need to go back to try more flavors!!

Absolutely obsessed with the flavors here!! Have not tried a shaved ice I did not like. Flavors are not artificial and you can custom add fresh ingredients like mango, coconut cream etc. Soo delicious!

Same, girl. Same.

This place is PHENOMENAL! They make their own flavors from scratch, have a giant selection of natural and regular flavors. Plus the owner George is super friendly and welcoming. Check this place out if you haven't already!

Goodness Overload! This place, by far, has the best snow cones in Dallas. Hands down the winner, no other contenders! I have spent this past Summer doing the research, traveling far and wide and across the metroplex so that you don't have to....enjoy!

I would go here everyday if I could. Great flavors with great add ons. The ice is like pure snow. You have got to try the strawberry cheesecake with one scoop of cheesecake bites. You will be hooked!

Best in the game! delicious

Great tasting options for all ages, especially little kids who may opt for "less traditional" toppings like, say, nerds or pop rocks.

Good pricing and I think I need to try against. Not sure if it was the flavor I ordered or the topping but had a weird taste.

I've been coming to this bingsu spot for about a year now and it's hands down my favorite dessert…read more I like it way more than ice cream and once you're converted there's no going back. The bingsu is consistently light refreshing and perfectly balanced. The cashiers are always kind and helpful which makes the experience even better, and the environment is clean and welcoming every time I visit. This place has become a staple for me. He had been after me for some time to try what he called a true delight, which is Bingsu. He would not tell me much more about it, because he did not want to spoil the surprise. So one day on our lunch break recently we made our way over to Snow city Café. This place had me when I was in the parking lot and I read their sign that said "Shaved Ice". But when I went in, it was So Much more than shaved ice as I have always known it. You see, this is Bingsu, a treat I am now hooked on after just one try! Bingsu, I learned, is a Korean dessert, made with ice from frozen milk that is shaved, and then topped with fruit. OMG, where have you been all my life?!?! The service here was great. You see I thought I was in for more of a snow cone experience and I became a little overwhelmed when it was not exactly what I had in mind. I almost left, but then the very nice worker explained to me how to decide what I wanted, and my experience changed completely! I opted for the Strawberry and Mango Bingsu. I ordered a small, and I am thankful I did because it was HUGE! This place is great, I will definitely be back and bring some family members with me when I return!

Bummed the mango bingsu was unavailable as it's only seasonal, so I ordered the strawberry bingsu instead. It took about 15 minutes to be made, and the staff seemed pretty blasé and disengaged during the wait. When the bingsu was finally ready, it was a pretty big disappointment. The shaved ice itself was pretty flavorless, topped with maybe what would amount to four sliced strawberries that were equally flavorless and underripe. I paid extra for condensed milk, but it was extremely minimal and didn't help much. The tables were also pretty grimey, the music super loud, and the dessert definitely wasn't worth $15.

Their shaved ice desserts are beautifully presented and have a light, fluffy texture that makes them really enjoyable, especially on a warm day.
