I'm sorry. The idea sounded good that's why I drove 10 miles to experience it. I will say the ice cream I tried was pretty good but it wasn't that memorable. I opted for the lavender vanilla because it was the most interesting , the taste was well balanced. I paired it with a glazed donut I didn't have a topping because honestly I wish all these pop up ice cream shops understood yes a nice photo on Instagram is great but what about taste. Adding dry cereal as a topping..who thought of this? The texture of creamy ice cream then here comes hard dry cereal cutting the roof of your mouth. Anyway back to the donut.. I'm not sure what recipe you are using but I'm sure there's a better one out there because the donut took away from the ice cream. But I do respect that this is your concept it's just not something I enjoyed. I would still buy your ice cream if I'm in the area with a craving.

I personally love milk and cream. I love their ice cream consistency and flavors. Lavender and honey and green tea is definitely one of my favorites. Service is quick and easy. There's not much seating inside though despite the store being pretty big. Great spot for dessert if you are in lower Greenville

Really cute ice cream spot. I like that you can get regular ice cream or the donut sandwich- it gives them something to differentiate themselves from jenis and joy macaron. The cookie butter one was so good. Wish they had biscoff spread and cookies to drizzle/sprinkle on top!!

Riauna C.

I love the donuts! The ice cream is really good too. The employees are always super nice whenever I come in. The shop's aesthetic is so cute, and it's in a nice area -- definitely one of my favorite spots to stop by!

I was happy to be able to sample & grab a scoop of cereal milk flavored ice cream topped with cinnamon toast crunch. I love that this place offers samples, variety of ice cream, donuts, & topping. The girl was kind & served me my ice cream on this hot day. Cute are with lots of places to walk by. Parking is on street & maybe limited but you can find other parking lots near by.

No exaggeration- THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF SUMMER!! I was driving around looking for ice cream, after a franchise donut place tried to serve me cold donuts. I was heading across the street and noticed this place. The amount of people outside eating it should've told me how great it was but that didn't event compare to the dance my tastebuds would do! I had the glazed donut with strawberry shortcake ice cream, with a scoop of Banana Pudding on the side. I legit felt like a kid in a candy store. It's a 45 minute drive that I can't wait to do again.. Must walk, RUN!!

Cookie Monster with m&ms

The Cookie Monster flavor is so good!! Tasted like cookies and cream with bits of Oreo and dough in it. One scoop with a free topping is $5! Pretty similar price and portion compared to the other ice cream options. I will say the service was so nice, they gave us a few samples of the other flavors. The cereal milk flavor had a hint of cinnamon and the lavender flavor was really artificial. The inside was small and clean- but not a place you can sit in as it is more of a to go shop.

If you've ever wondered what heaven tastes like, let me introduce you to the Nutella creation at Milk and Cream on Greenville. One bite, and I swear I heard angels singing. It was like a dessert had proposed to my taste buds, and they enthusiastically said, "I do!" Walking into Milk and Cream feels like stepping into a sugary wonderland. I ordered the Nutella concoction, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of an out-of-body experience. The rich, velvety Nutella, paired with their dreamy ice cream, had me questioning all my life choices up to this point. Why did I wait so long to discover this masterpiece? The staff? Absolute wizards. They know just how to craft these edible love letters that leave you weak in the knees. And don't get me started on the presentation--Instagram was practically begging for a photo. In summary, if you haven't tried the Nutella at Milk and Cream, do yourself a favor and go. Just be prepared to have your taste buds sent on a euphoric trip. Fair warning: you might never look at regular desserts the same way again!

Very high quality ice cream. Must stop anytime I am in lower Greenville. My go to always will be the Cookie Monster, especially inside a donut.

Lavender was okay, nothing special. The real deal is cookie butter. Such an amazing flavor! Next time, I will try it with a donut.

Yahaira M.

Lavender icream in a warmed up glazed doughnut is to die for ! They were almost running out of lavender ice crean, must be the most popular. I absolutely loved it .

Lindsey C.

For those of you with a sweet tooth - this place will definitely satisfy your cravings! They're known for their donut ice cream sandwiches and it's just an incredible combo. I got the glazed donut with the cookie monster and birthday cake flavor ice cream. The cookie monster and toffee crunch are two of my favorite flavors that I've tried so far, but decided to try the birthday cake flavor this time around and it tasted pretty good. They have many different ice cream flavors and toppings, so go check them out when you're craving something sweet!

No. This place really has no seating in general

Do they have any Dairy free option ice creams or sherbets?

No why would they.

Are there any vegan options?

No.

I don't recall seeing any allergen information but neither I nor anyone in my party has allergies so we weren't really looking. I'd imagine any dairy allergy should be considered and perhaps a wheat, egg, or gluten allergy as well. Toppings were…

I went in, talked to the employees, asked which pies were shelf stable and could survive a trip to Austin, and after being told which, I promised I'd come back after dinner. When I came back, they were out of the apple, so I bought a pumpkin pie, or as it's known on the menu, Drop Dead Gourdgeous, which, as a person who loves word play, already gives this place a 5/5. The employees were so incredibly helpful and kind, and being able to come here and get something for my friends in Austin made this worth transporting everything from Dallas to Austin worth it. I don't know if they do, but I really hope they deliver frozen pies, because even in California, they would have a customer for life out here because of their hospitality and amazing customer service. The place wasn't too loud since they were in the last 90 minutes or so of business hours, but it was great because I got to ask them all of the questions I needed. If they don't deliver frozen pies, then I will definitely find my way back here one day.

The boxes are huge and fancy, but they are mostly full of empty space. When you open them, the actual slice inside is tiny. It is just a thin sliver sitting on a big sheet of paper. Charging almost nine dollars a slice for a few small bites is ridiculous. I almost brought an out-of-town guest here to show off Dallas bakeries, and I am so glad I went alone first. Handing a visitor a micro-slice in a giant box would have been embarrassing. Do not waste your money here. You are paying high prices for tiny portions hidden in pretty cardboard.

It had a nice, warm, and welcoming feel, which made it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a quick treat. The staff was attentive and took my order pretty quickly, which I appreciated. My Americano came out hot and had a really good bold flavor. I love adding cream to my coffee, and once I did, it balanced out that strong kick perfectly. The beignets were made fresh to order and took about 7 minutes to come out. They were hot, soft, and very fluffy, almost more similar to a donut than a traditional beignet. Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.

First bonus: they have their own little dedicated parking lot, which is definitely appreciated in Deep Ellum. Inside, there's also a cute greenery wall that makes a nice spot for pictures. Now, let's get to the important part-the desserts! They have everything: peach cobblers, banana puddings, ice cream, shakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, brownies, churro sticks and more. But we came to a place called The Peach Cobbler Factory, so naturally we were getting peach cobbler. And then we discovered they have DESSERT FLIGHTS. Genius! I love a flight because you get to try several things without committing to just one. We chose four small desserts--three cobblers and a banana pudding--plus vanilla ice cream with what seemed like a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. Let me just say: this flight was diabetes on a plate. Everything was SWEET. My favorite was the mango peach cobbler. It was very sweet, but that mango and peach combination was delicious and easily took the #1 spot for me. My sister's favorites (and basically tied for my second favorite) were between two. The blackberry peach cobbler. The blackberry gave it that rich, almost blackberry-pie flavor mixed with the peaches, and it was SO good. Then there was the sweet potato pecan cobbler. Completely different flavor from the blackberry peach, so it was almost impossible to compare the two. Sweet potato and pecans together with the cobbler, especially paired with the vanilla ice cream, Delicious. Our fourth choice was the red velvet banana pudding, layered with banana pudding and red velvet with vanilla wafers. That was the one we could leave behind. It wasn't terrible, but with this much sugar and this many calories on the table, it simply wasn't worth the calories for us. Overall, the dessert flight was the star of the show and such a fun way to sample several flavors. Three definite winners out of four, and we had a great time trying them and comparing favorites. A great little Deep Ellum find--and if you go, GET THE FLIGHT! One note: something like 'the flight size was perfect to share, but the full portions looked like way too much. It would have been way too rich. It might be great if they offered that smaller size as a standard option.
