We never leave bad reviews. Like ever. We went in and the cookies and cream yogurt didn't look how it usually does. (It was very runny.) And as we were trying to get it to dispense normally we accidentally pressed a button that made a beeping noise. The worker then came towards us and looked at me like she was putting a hex on me. With the most disgusted face she starred at me until I said "I'm sorry?" Out of genuine confusion as to why she was looking at me like that. She then raised her voice telling us that the cookies and creams is supposed to look like that and walked away. We walked out and are going to pray her hex away! read more

Yumilicious at Snyder Plaza is always a treat. While parking can be a bit congested and not all the machines were working during my visit, the shop itself was clean and well-kept. The gentleman who assisted me was polite, though not overly personable. That said, the frozen yogurt was delicious as always, and the overall experience was enjoyable. read more

This Yumilicious is a must stop for us whenever we are in Snyder plaza. Not sure why the reviews are so mediocre, this spot is as advertised. Self Serv froyo that is normally delicious! They do have the hit or miss handles now and then where something is served too cold or too warm (who wants mushy froyo!) but overall they do a good job. The staff tries to keep the spot clean but they are normally only staffed with a single person and depending on who it is they can be engaged or chilling on their cell phone in between customers. The toppings are also plentiful and the temptation to fill up your cup is real but it will add up quickly -- $12 for a cup of froyo anyone? The only improvement area I'd offer up is cleanliness. It could use a regular mopping now and then but it's a place frequently visited by kids so spills are going to happen. read more

What a wonderful "ice cream" spot in Snider Plaza for kids to go to after school. They always have great flavors, super clean despite the kids doing their best to make it dirty and the staff is always so kind. My only feedback would be that there needs to be more seating because it is so popular it would be great to have more space/tables to sit. read more

Don't waste ur time or money at this location. They don't give you sampling cups. I got pomegranate sorbet and the mango one. They were nasty. Mind you I always go another yumilicious location near north park and get the same mango flavor. These ones here had such a sour taste. Tasted like sparkling water mixed with ice cream. Welp, we've been standing outside since 11 am when they open, someone inside clearly sees us. It is now 11:15 and they've still not opened or let us know that there is a delay. I love the concept of Yummylicious and the variety of toppings they have! My only complaint would be the wall separating the tables and ice cream station. It makes for a very crowded area and you have to move around people in a small space if you want to go to a different station. read more

Went last night at 10.20 they close at 11. We asked the lady for tasting cups she gave us one hesitantly . Most of the flavors were out. When we went to the topping bar there were no spoons so we asked the lady for spoons, she replied I am trying to close. You can have 1 spoon and use it for everything. The place was filthy and the lady had one of the worst attitudes I have ever witnessed at any business. Go to another yogurt store that appreciates your business!!!! read more

This location is in the Snider plaza across from SMU. It's kept clean and fresh with a great selection of various yogurts so it's easy to try a new one every visit. Yumilicious is one of my go to fro-yos! I usually get coconut tart or plain yogurt with kochi, gummy bears, strawberry, blueberries, and sprinkles for toppings!!! Another winner for Yumilicious. This company is definitely the gold standard for froyo. I dropped in after a visit to Kuby's just down the way (look for my review of that place as well), and found, to my delight, some flavors I hadn't tried before, including a stupendously good "milk chocolate" flavor. It was so good, I even passed on my regular (taro tart) to get a 5 oz squirt of this delicious elixir. It was silky smooth, completely devoid of ice crystals, and overall, just perfect, as has been every sample of every flavor at every Yumilicious I've tried. What's the problem with traditional ice cream shop? If your answer is you always feel as though you are getting less than you paid for, then this yogurt shop might be your spot. No longer, do you ask for Oreos and watch as you get only a 3/4th scoop or joyful he and only get half a squirt. Now you are in control! First, pick your flavor. Or several flavors! Or better yet, all the flavors and swirl them around. Now pick your toppings as they got em all! Oreos, jelly beans, coconut shavings, fresh fruit, and an array of sauces just to name a few. I usually go the location in uptown but I was in the area and I tried this location for the first time. I love Taro with Mangos so I went with my usual. There was no favor what so ever and it had an awful freezer burn taste. I couldn't even eat it. I will probably just stick to the uptown location going forward. read more

Who would have ever guessed that avocado flavored soft serve yogurt would be good? We got a sample cup from them to try a couple of the bizarre flavors before getting the usual chocolate or vanilla mixed with maybe a peanut butter or caramel flavored yogurt. We sampled both the avocado and the taro (sp?) and both were awesome. Lots of time frozen yogurt in chocolate doesn't have much flavor and even though I love chocolate, i get disappointed. I wouldn't say the avocado or the taro necessarily taste like avocado (or taro, even though I don't really know what taro is) but it does have a good and full flavor that I really liked, which was especially nice because it wasn't particularly bad for you. read more

Always clean. Always people there. Never a line (at least not from my experiences). I prefer Yumilicious fro-yo to most other places, but then again I couldn't tell you the difference in any of them in a blind taste test. I always get about 3-4 random flavors of chocolate and strawberry, throw some mochi on top, and I'm good to go. I've also seen Troy Aikman at the Snider Plaza location at least twice. Frozen yogurt is good any time and I'm a big fan of Yumilicious. They change their flavors fairly frequently but always have sugar-free chocolate and vanilla which taste quite good. The Snyder's Plaza location has some interesting flavors and combinations. My complaint here is that just about every time I go here, the yogurt has a strong freezer burn taste that is very off putting. None of the other locations have this problem and I've mentioned it to the staff the last few times. I eat a lot of yogurt, and my experience at Yumilicious was a pretty delicious one. The texture of the yogurt is very creamy. I had the peach and the original tart. There were no weird frozen crystals in the yogurt. The yogurt (both flavors) were very smooth. I emphasize that both flavors were smooth, because sometimes the flavored yogurts are crystal-y. The array of toppings is somewhat limited. The variety of fruit toppings available is not as extensive as other yogurt places I've seen, but admirable. For example, there are no exotic fruit toppings (lychee, etc.). The other toppings are also limited. This is the first yogurt place I've been to without any mochi for toppings! Must be the mostly non-Asian demographic in the area?? Other than those quibbling details, the yogurt was a-okay. The flavor wasn't as strong and was very light, and I prefer my yogurt to have a bit more punch, flavor-wise. The price is also much more expensive than in California, but my local cousins told me that $0.43/ounce is average for around here? Back home in northern California, the average price is about $0.37/ounce, even for delicious Yogurtland yogurt, which is priced at $0.35/ounce. Weird. At any rate, we had a grand ol' time here. This is a really nice yummy yummylicious with a great neighborhood feel. the folk working there are always nice and the shop is always clean. I usually pick two or three flavors and focus on those, but my boy mixes them all together ... It must be a generational thing... But we both agree, that sitting on the outside bench, eating frozen yogurt and talking baseball is a great way to spend an evening together. read more
