So why the five stars then? 1) Convenience - this place is easy to get to in Revere, and parking isn't usually an issue. 2) Availability - they have far better hours than most shops. 3) Price - They consistently have competitive pricing compared to other shops around. 4) People - The staff and anyone else in there are generally friendly, and not all cigar stores are. Some places you almost feel like they are just tolerating people walking in. This place makes you feel welcome. 5) Selection - Chances are, they'll have what you want. And it's nice to be in a place where the stock answer is "If you don't see it we don't have it".

I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.

There are ALWAYS specials going on so make sure you read the little card or ask your budtender. There are lines set up to separate from medical, recreational, or pre-order pickups. Even when it's busy the lines move fast. I have worked with several different budtenders onsite and they're all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Like I said above, I only do consumables rather than smokeables. They have a huge selection of gummies, chocolates, candies and drinks. He graciously let me sit on a few of the different models and we spoke about the couple bikes I have in the garage as possible trade ins. He even gave me a guesstimate on what they would be worth. He actually offered me discounts from the factory without me even inquiring which I found refreshing and then after he told me about the discounts from the factory it was also an incentive of 2000 extra dollars for parts and accessories so a total of $3000 discount which is pretty fabulous when the sticker is $18,499. He was extremely patient answered all my questions showed me some of the accessories that were available on the program and even interchangeable wheels tires and seats. If I choose to purchase an Indian motorcycle I will definitely have Dennis help me with that now the question is do I trade in my Harley Davidson for an Indian???
