So it has a special place in my heart, or it's just a bad habit acquired over the past 35 years?? Either way Northgate has evolved quite a bit since the 80's. Northgate now houses a lot of stores including 2 supermarkets, a gym, McDonalds, Taco Bell, a few anchor stores and much much more. I had to go BEHIND the register to grab one of my bags because the cashier didn't hand it to me (or even acknowledge that it was mine). The frosting on the cake was when I realized one of my products was damaged as I was leaving the store. I asked for help, and she pointed to another employee who was the "manager". I approached the "manager" and said hi, and she said "what" very coldly. I explained the situation, she denied being the manager, and then started verbally fighting with the first employee. I left to get a replacement product and when I came back, they were still arguing! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because this store has significantly more stock than the others in the area.

Prices were high or the tires weren't in stock. Since I'm a BJ's member, I decided to stop by the Revere, MA location, and I'm glad I did. They had the exact tires I needed at an excellent price, and the staff in the tire department could not have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment for today and arrived about half an hour early. They took the car right in without hesitation. They replaced and balanced all four tires, placed the spare back in the well with the jack and covers, and the entire job was done cleanly and professionally. When I got home a couple hours latet, I realized my iPhone was missing. Using Apple's "Find My," I saw it was still at BJ's tire shop. I drove back, and as soon as I walked in, the staff member said, "You left something behind, didn't you?" He reached under the counter and handed me my black shoulder bag with my iPhone inside. In the phone portfolio were my driver's license, two credit cards, $40 in cash, and the phone itself -- everything was exactly as I had left it. They had even tried calling me to let me know it was found. Their honesty, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. BJ's is very fortunate to have employees like this. I want to thank everyone involved for their excellent work and integrity. They turned what could have been a very stressful day into a great experience, and I truly appreciate it.

No they said the day they delivered it. so if i never make a repair or call on the appliances they will refund half the money. You only have 30 days and if you miss it oh well to bad for you no refund. They don't warn you send you anything that it is up. the women told me they don't want to pay.... word from her mouth. so don't buy the extended warranty it's a gaff.....

I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.
