I am a supporter of any place who tries to help and support those who are food insecure. Snarfs sandwich is just that place. This sandwich shop originated in Boulder Colorado many years ago, and has found its way to Richardson, Texas a few weeks ago. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you get your order taken. When asking about suggestions, as this was my first time here, without hesitation my questions were answered and I was directed to the right sandwich for my taste. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and it was really good! I also got their homemade potato salad and it reminded me of mom's potato salad - I loved it. My mom grew up in Colorado, so maybe I already had a bias to their food. The place is simple in decorations, with bold colors on their walls and one a few pictures, but this didn't bother me any. It was a good meal served by good people. That's enough for me.

We ordered to go and as we were waiting two separate customers had come in and notified the staff that their orders picked up earlier were incorrect. Staff was quick to help and remedy. We got home and unfortunately our orders were also incorrect. I ordered an Italian sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and hot peppers and opened to see literally just roast beef on bread. My boyfriend's order was mostly right, he ordered roast beef with toppings and he received cheesesteak-type meat but otherwise correct toppings. We ended up splitting his but unsure if it was worth the $17 price tag. Really unfortunate and ultimately didn't feel worth the 15 min drive to ask for a redo. Bummed because I was excited for this place but since it's newer maybe they'll be able to work out the kinks.

First time and it was good! Knocking off a star because I found a hair in the wrapper of my sandwich (not inside the sandwich). It was a busy Saturday afternoon and I did not want to wait another 10-15 minutes. The sandwich reminded me of Potbelly, a little more elevated. We got a large turkey sandwich with avocado and all toppings, price was reasonable (about $20).

Extra menu items.

I really enjoyed my Italian sub at another location and was happy to see they opened one down the street, unfortunately this location came up short. They had the typical Snarfs decor in the restaurant. The service was typical of the other locations but the Italian sub I received here was awful. It was super wet with an extreme amount of sauce on it. The prosciutto had a a half dollar size gristle spot in it that I had to cut out.

Watch out toasted sub places, their is a new kid in town! Snarf Sandwiches just opened up at Coit & Campbell in Richardson and it's a game changer. These are among the best I have had in the toasted sub category. Mark, the gentleman helping us,was the perfect guide for our first visit. He patiently guided us to our selections and in my case that was the Super Club. Basically, it's ham, turkey, double bacon and cheese. It was delightful! The ambiance could use a little personality, but it's not terrible. It's just a little boring for a restaurant serving subs with so much personality. Also notable is that this is a place that gives back to the community. They have a food drive going that has a box for donations. They also have a program where you can scan your qt code from your order and they donate food to the North Texas Food Bank. Good folks helping out other good folks! Overall summary: Check them out!

The food was fine, but I was disappointed after reading the reviews. The bread honestly seemed a bit stale, which I was surprised about. Also, I was disappointed in the quantity of the soup, which was not cheap at $5.75. It came in a container that would normally be for a dipping sauce. I was looking for a sandwich shop that would stand apart from Potbelly or Jersey Mike's but Snarfs unfortunately did not do that for me.

This is the best sandwhich I have ever had. Snarf's appeared on my tiktok fyp and I just knew I had to go try. I got the 5 inch Italian and it was flavorful and filled with a good amount of meat. I decided to add lettuce, peppers, and pickles on mine. The line was super long so I will probably order for pick up next time.

No meat in the sandwich- wish I had eaten in the restaurant, would of called it out. For the price this was unacceptable and disappointing. 2nd time this has happened. Will check in the future before leaving. I got the chicken salad sandwich.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and concerned. On Monday, October 5, I purchased a salad, and within approximately three hours of eating it, I experienced a severe bout of diarrhea that lasted nearly three days. I contacted my physician, who indicated that E. coli or another foodborne illness could have been a possible cause. Looking back, several things concerned me. First, I recall that the salad dressing tasted somewhat unusual. More importantly, I distinctly remember an employee cleaning the counters while wearing the same gloves she used to serve lettuce into my bowl. This raises serious concerns about proper food-handling procedures and cross-contamination. While I cannot definitively confirm what caused my illness, the salad was the only food I had consumed that day, which gives me reason to suspect it may have been responsible. I contacted the company's corporate headquarters to report my experience, not simply to complain, but because I believe food safety should always be a priority. I received an acknowledgment stating that someone would be in touch. Unfortunately, more than ten days have passed, and I have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up. What disappoints me most is not only the possibility of having become ill from a meal I trusted, but also the apparent lack of concern or accountability from the company. I understand that foodborne contamination can happen, but proper food-handling practices and a timely response to customer concerns are essential. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews its food safety procedures, and reinforces proper glove usage and sanitation practices among employees. I am sharing this experience so others can be mindful. It only takes one incident to lose a customer's confidence, and unfortunately, this experience has certainly shaken mine.

One of my favorite pizza places in Dallas!…read more The Ella (10/10): red pizza that comes with hot soppressata & mozzarella & basil. The dough is perfectly chewy & not too crispy or dry. Ordered a side of the hot honey & ranch, both of which pair with the pizza perfectly! Rosemary Parmesan tater tots (10/10): perfectly seasoned. Wish they were a tad bit crispier but I'm not faulting them as they probably would've been fresher if we didn't order delivery! Also pairs well with the hot honey & ranch!

I saw on Facebook that they were having all pasta dishes for $10 all weekend so off we went. The place is pretty small, but nice and clean. And as always with my luck, we get sat next to a large party with a bunch of kids and a crying baby. LOL. Service was good until a lot of time had gone by and no mention from the waitress about the cheesy bread appetizer. The waitress did come by to say the food was almost ready, so I asked about the bread and said she had to go ask. I told her to go ahead and cancel the bread, because our food was about to be served. The food order came out and everything looked good, but my pasta special of the month, green chile something, had no sauce on the chicken and the pasta had barely any sauce on it. I tried it and dry as heck. It was about this time that the cheesy bread that we had canceled was brought to the table. The waitress asked if everything was good and I wasn't sure where to begin. Anyway, more sauce was finally brought out and it was a different type of sauce. I don't know if the original order was wrong or if the new sauce was wrong, but at least the food was edible now. Long story short the manager finally came by and they took the cheesy bread off of the ticket, and our table, she also comped my pasta. My biggest problem is that they both wanted to blame the kitchen. The kitchen was not the only thing wrong. The waitress should have noticed that our cheesy bread was late. The waitress should have canceled the cheesy bread when I asked instead of having them make it anyway. The waitress should have noticed that my pasta had hardly any sauce on it. The manager should have shown up way sooner. I probably shouldn't have written this while I am still angry about it, but they came through on the check and I still paid a 15% tip for the full bill even though I didn't feel good about doing it. I will probably be back to try the pizza, but I will also be even more critical after this first experience. Everyone else enjoyed their meal anyway.

They offer a pretty good selection of salads, like Greek, Thai, Cobb, Caesar, and Ranch, as well as dressings of your choice. It's peanuty, spicy but not too strong, with a subtle tangy and sour note. For my protein option, I've tried their chicken and tofu. The chicken is fine. I like the tofu better though, which is moist, tender, and savory. They also offer seasonal lemonade drink.
