I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. We were pleasantly surprised when we were informed it was possible but also at the total cost of the work and the timeline to complete. While we were unable to start right away due hoops to jump through with our HOA and the city, eventually the project kicked off.
