When Ray came out to view my crawlspace and do the estimate, he indicated that he would be on top of things, but that was not the case. I never saw him again. Ray did not supervise his workers at all and they did something quite stupid! My crawlspace is almost 6 feet high and, therefore, stand-able and the dirt was very level. There are also shelves along two walls where I have Christmas decorations and other items stored. However, instead of running the necessary trench under the shelving, they ran it in front of the shelves and then did not put enough dirt back to even the ground. So the crawlspace is now a major fall hazard and Ray has refused to come back and fix the problem. At 72 years old, I don't want to wind up down in the crawlspace screaming, "I have fallen and I can't get up!", because I live alone and no one will hear me!

This just didn't seem right as our roofers said they "don't do pest control". A few rats were caught but the problem wasn't resolved., as the noise continued. Today, March 9 we engaged another pest control company. After a 2 hr inspection we were told that there were 4 large ( have pictures) holes at the gutter location not above the gutter line. In this emergency, Andrew and Dayton immediately came out to start the drying process. They walked around with their moisture meter, explained everything and was extremely professional. During the drying process, Eric either came by or called with an update and this helped tremendously. What was supposed to be a somewhat simple fix ended up being a nightmare..... another heating and ac company was moving my furnace and water heater ended up spilling more water and left my water pipe uncapped causing a new leak in my ceiling!!! I called Eric immediately and he helped triage the issue. Having Eric walk us through the dilemma was really comforting during all of this. Back to square one Dayton and Trevor came to the rescue!
