If y'all should get here and my truck is still in the lot wake me and send me down the road I feel a coma coming on! The wait time for my prefer was very minimal and the presentation was good, it certainly smells good. There are a few people in here and the atmosphere is light and the chatter of people talking is a welcome sound. She said the manager offered a small discount on the salad but she was sorry I had this kind of experience and wanted to make sure I Came back and gave them another chance. After several time trying, I just said "thank you and I wished everyone cared as much." That was by far the most sincere service recovery I ever encountered and it was at the cost of the associate.
