Our visit from J Blanton was $600+ and now just 3 weeks later we are paying for someone to fix their faulty work. I called their company to see what solutions they had to offer us and was disconnected (hopefully not hung up on) two times. I was asked "what week I'd like them to come out and redo it" respectfully I don't feel comfortable having the same company that caused us a bigger headache trying again. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss my experience and see if there was any other solutions they can offer me to help make me feel like I didn't waste $600+ and they said I'd get a call back. Technician said i needed to have the pipes hydro jetted for 1700$ or replaced for 17,000$ in just one section! After finishing, he handed me an 800$ bill and basically didn't tell me anything other then I have a blockage without fixing the problem. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that.
