I first heard about Smoothie Warriors from a flyer right after graduating from Texas State and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Peaceful Peach, while my friends got the Cold Cleanser and the Sour Slurp smoothies. After tasting each other's, we ranked them: 1. Sour Slurp 2. Peaceful Peach 3. Cold Cleanser The smoothies were good--not life-changing, but definitely solid and enjoyable. The service was nice, and it was really appreciated when the girl congratulated my friend on graduating. The ambiance was simple and chill, nothing out of the ordinary, but it had a welcoming vibe. Overall, Smoothie Warriors is a nice spot for a refreshing treat! read more

This place is great. We placed a large order for our D1 sports team and the staff was incredibly accommodating, flexible with our needs, and were able to deliver 30 items right on time. The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and a great size. Highly recommend this spot for a healthy start to your day. read more

Love getting wellness shots here. Something about heir formula is better than when I make it at home. Of course you have to get a wheat grass shot while you're there. Staff always kind. read more

The location in San Marcos is so ideal! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They offered their suggestions and even knew the caloric intake right off the top of their heads of what I ordered. I tried the Nutty smoothie and it was perfect! It held me over all day and was super yummy. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more smoothies and trying their granola. read more

friendly service, delish smoothies especially when feeling a little under the weather, and my personal favorite AFFORDABLE for college students! the portions are amazing for the price. I cannot stop getting smoothies from here. read more

I ordered a juice and a soup and was double charged (one without tip and one with tip). I may have had to swipe my iPhone twice. Leaving this review since their website is out of order and I cannot seem to find a way to message them. Left a voicemail too. Please look back at your receipts from 1/24 for a duplicate charge. read more

Smoothie Warriors - Double charged for the same order (a juice and a soup) - one with tip one without I think. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Marcos, Texas

Been here once. Ginger show was great, Got my car towed while ordering a shot. Saucedo's towing is a scam. City of San Marcos is prob in on it. Be careful while visiting these businesses around here. read more

Smoothie king? Nope. Supplement stores smoothie bars? Think again. If you're living in San Marcos stop going anywhere else. Seriously. This place by far has topped a lot of their local competition and even some top name corporations in the biz. I had the most amazing smoothie that I've tasted in such a long time! Other places seem to be slacking in flavor nowadays but this place definitely packed a great flavor without skipping the nutritional value of a smoothie. The Nutty Nectar was so amazing! I will most def be back to try out the juices next! It wasn't packed at the time I went so service was very, very quick. The smoothie was definitely a 10/10 and the environment of the location was very laid back and chill. Stop on by and enjoy a delicious smoothie inside or out. You most definitely won't regret it! read more

Amazing smoothies and friendly staff one of my regular spots to swing by before hitting campus

I've had hip pain for about six years, so you can probably understand my dismay getting an X ray at 8:00 a.m. at 23 years old. I skipped breakfast, planning on getting coffee and a donut between the appointment and work on campus at Texas State. But it's a new year, and caffeine is one of my 2023 Out's, so I headed to Smoothie Warriors to get an energizing alternative. I hopped out of the car and went straight to jiggle and yank the front door handle before realizing I'd arrived before their 9:00 a.m. opening time. I felt embarrassed at my Annoying Customer Faux Pas but decided to wait a few minutes instead of running away and shamefully doubling down. Thank goodness I did! Right on the hour, Jason opened the door and welcomed me in. As a first time customer, he gave me plenty of time and space to peruse the menu's enticing options. He also demonstrated expertise when answering my questions about the ingredients such as turbinado, which I learned is a brown sugar. He was so friendly that I thought to myself, "Man, it must be something in that juice!" And honestly, it might be! I opted for one of their green smoothies, the cold cleanser, and took my first sip amid some cordial banter with Jason. I had to interrupt our conversation to say, "D*mn that's good!" Jason seemed pleased, but not surprised when he responded simply, "I know right?" My few minutes in Smoothie Warriors this morning assured that I'll be back again soon, just like the handful of other regulars who dropped in and out to pickup their online orders with equally contagious, chipper demeanors. And the deal was sealed when we literally jinxed each other saying, "See you next time!" on my way out. Iconic! read more

I've been coming to Smoothie Warriors recently and have been getting the Breakfast Brew Smoothie. Honestly the taste of the smoothie and the atmosphere of this place is a 10/10. I would recommend anyone this place to anyone in the San Marcos area who wants a clean healthy smoothie. They also offer wheatgrass shots, other kinds of natural shots and oatmeal! read more

best in town all around great flavors big variety friend fast service right off lbj st

Took me way too long to try this place after living in San Mo but you need to! The smoothies are so fresh and soo much better than anything you could get at like smoothie king. The crazy coco is my current fav, but all are probably delicious! Definitely would recommend, and it's such a convenient location for college students read more

This place is seriously the best. I have never had a bad experience with them. Their smoothies are incredible and the service is always spectacular. I recommend the Crazy Coco, Stomach Soother, and Fruity Filler (sub the banana for pineapple ). read more

This place is amazing! If you like peanut butter you must try the nutty nectar! This place does not have wifi, but I suggest taking some time to enjoy downtown San Marcos while you are here. They also have a rewards program where you can earn points based off the amount of times that you visit to earn a free drink. read more

BEST SMOOTHIE PLACE EVER! I'm always more than satisfied and the staff is so kind and helpful. I wish I could give this place more stars

Great service and good smoothies! Maybe they will consider adding Açaí bowls! Easy access off the square.

Mmmmm Great Smoothies!! I walked in today and found out that they now serve Soups and Freshly Squeezed Juices, in addition to Smoothies & Wheatgrass shots. As usual I'm always a little skeptical when it comes to soups, so after a free sample I realized the Southwest Chicken Soup was pretty damn tasty!! They also had a Blended Vegetable Soup but I didn't try that one. The daily specials are great, but if you like peanut butter like this guy, then I recommend the Peanut Butter Powerhouse!! It's packed with protein and tastes very peanut buttery....YEAHH! Freedom! America! Peanut Butter Smoothies! read more

Amazing smoothies made with real ingredients and no junk, quick and courteous service every time. If i lived closer i would be here everyday! read more

I've always enjoyed coming to smoothie warriors because they blown chains out of the water in terms of health and freshness. I just wish they had a more friendly staff (at least than what they have today). I just walked out of the store disappointed at how much of a hassle it seemed for the girl to make two smoothies. Her attitude was so negative that I didn't want to leave a tip; although I did because I like supporting small businesses, especially during COVID. Of course I'll continue coming, but I hope that some of the employees learn to value customers more! read more

The BEST spot in town... really delicious, fresh & healthy. Perfect for a hot day. Highly recommend

I love smoothie warriors!! The owner is super friendly!! I love going and getting the specials of the day. If you buy a reusable cup, you can get a discounted rate for a smoothie. Super delicious. My favorite smoothie is the jungle juice. read more

The service is always great, the juice is always fresh, and to add a little extra dose of health I get a wheatgrass shot! I love the simple menu and the fact that not everything is loaded with sugar like the big box smoothie places have. read more

This place has amazing smoothies and drinks. I've never had as fresh and great tasting shots of wheat grass as I've had here as well! BRAVO on the customer service and quality of drinks! Thank you! read more

Not only is Jason, the owner, a smoothie warrior, he can throw down (or shall I say blend up) a screamin cup of tortilla soup. The place is clean and inviting. I feel healthy just sitting in here-- or like I should be off to the gym next, with the enthusiastic music playing through the surround sound speakers. For the beverage/smoothie part of my lunch, I ordered the Nutty Nectar that contains peanut butter, banana, oats, protein, honey, turbinado and rice milk. I added spinach and spirulina which are available to add with any of the smoothies. He also had a plethora of other options to boost up or add to your mix. I don't have a great gauge on how busy it is or what the usual wait is because most of the college students that occupy the town are gone until Jan 20th. I walked in with no wait and got my smoothie and soup in under 5 minutes! Incredible! Good job Jason! Thanks for bringing some quick healthy drinks and eats to my day. Would I return? Oh yes. :) Enjoy! read more

Be a man (or woman) & get a wheatgrass shot! It's good for the soul. They're the only place I know of in San Marcos that makes the wheatgrass shots & when I was in college, I would get the shot all the time. They also have a wheatgrass "wall of fame" & your picture can be posted on that wall if you so desire. Today's visit was the first in several years for me, & their smoothie selection has grown considerably. They have smoothies for all tastes & lifestyles. If you're looking to bulk-up, boost your immune system, or escape to a tropical island somewhere, there is a smoothie for you. If you want something specific I'm sure they can make you a custom smoothie. Sky's the limit! Or if you want something generic, you can order "the original" like I did. With the closest Jamba Juice 30 min away in Austin, this is as close to a JJ smoothie as you'll get if you're into that sort of thing. If you live in or just passing thru San Marvelous & craving something like a Smoothie, this is your place! fun fact: Smoothie Factory is located next door to Gil's Broiler, one of the oldest burger joints in San Marcos. If you feel all gross & fat after eating a manske roll, Smoothie Factory will make you feel better about yourself again! read more

I went to Smoothie Warriors for the first time today and ordered a "Jungle Juice" smoothie. I loved the taste, and I especially liked that it was only $3.25 for a 20oz because it was their daily special. I will definitely be coming back. read more

The smoothie shop is one of a kind and I truly liked their wide variety of healthy options for smoothies. I also thoroughly enjoyed the shot of wheat grass shot that was freshly ground right in front of us. I hope to return to this location and it lives up to their original status of being truly a gem in downtown San Marcos Texas. read more

A five-star good location the drinks are good, and they are served in large cup containers so you definitely get your money's worth, that's my favorite thing about this place, but if you want a really healthy smoothie you have to have it custom made there for you because they don't yet have any green Blended smoothies up on the menu..... a blend of greens and fruit are the healthiest so I hope they update their menu They offer soup here so you can actually have a lunch they also have chips they also have really good wheatgrass the price on the week grass is so so it would be better if it was a little less expensive but I'm really glad that they offer it read more

I got to Texas State here in San Marcos but I commute. I recently got back into smoothies and this place is the best. The smoothies never disappoint and they're great for a snack or even a meal depending on how much your stomach can hold. I highly recommend to anyone. They also have protein bars, water, fruit cups and much more. read more

I come here whenever I'm riding through the square or whenever I don't feel like having anything heavy for lunch or dinner. All the ingredients they use are right behind the counter so you see they're fresh. It's always very clean, and the employees are genuinely nice instead of faking it like most places in town. I try and get something different every time cos they have lots of tasty option. Also they use turbinado instead of processed sugar. Takes two seconds for them to make the smoothie too. So good for on the run. I ordered the jungle juice this time, and it occurred to me that this place deserves some yelp love. Very recommendable, I will continue to come here :) Also try a wheat grass shot they're pretty good. read more

I don't see a big difference between this an any other smoothie place I've ever been too. They're all pretty much the same. Fresh and tasty. Inside is a bit run down and junky looking with equipment and produce sitting around in boxes. Fine for a college kid on a budget or her parents. read more

I *love* smoothie factory. They have about a billion flavors and everything I've tried is delicious. My fav is the strawberry banana something or other. Every time I request that the guy tells me the name of it but I forgot. :P I like that they don't use ice cream or milk or any of that crap. I prefer a smoothie that I could make myself, but with a little extra something in it. Their prices are a little on the steep side but their smoothies really are delish. read more
