I ordered the Peaceful Peach, while my friends got the Cold Cleanser and the Sour Slurp smoothies. After tasting each other's, we ranked them: 1. Sour Slurp 2. Peaceful Peach 3. Cold Cleanser The smoothies were good--not life-changing, but definitely solid and enjoyable. The service was nice, and it was really appreciated when the girl congratulated my friend on graduating. Smoothie king? Nope. Supplement stores smoothie bars? Think again. If you're living in San Marcos stop going anywhere else. Seriously. This place by far has topped a lot of their local competition and even some top name corporations in the biz. I had the most amazing smoothie that I've tasted in such a long time! Other places seem to be slacking in flavor nowadays but this place definitely packed a great flavor without skipping the nutritional value of a smoothie. The Nutty Nectar was so amazing! I will most def be back to try out the juices next! It wasn't packed at the time I went so service was very, very quick. I've had hip pain for about six years, so you can probably understand my dismay getting an X ray at 8:00 a.m. at 23 years old. I skipped breakfast, planning on getting coffee and a donut between the appointment and work on campus at Texas State. But it's a new year, and caffeine is one of my 2023 Out's, so I headed to Smoothie Warriors to get an energizing alternative. I hopped out of the car and went straight to jiggle and yank the front door handle before realizing I'd arrived before their 9:00 a.m. opening time. I felt embarrassed at my Annoying Customer Faux Pas but decided to wait a few minutes instead of running away and shamefully doubling down. Thank goodness I did! Right on the hour, Jason opened the door and welcomed me in. As a first time customer, he gave me plenty of time and space to peruse the menu's enticing options. He also demonstrated expertise when answering my questions about the ingredients such as turbinado, which I learned is a brown sugar. He was so friendly that I thought to myself, "Man, it must be something in that juice!" And honestly, it might be! I opted for one of their green smoothies, the cold cleanser, and took my first sip amid some cordial banter with Jason. I had to interrupt our conversation to say, "D*mn that's good!" Jason seemed pleased, but not surprised when he responded simply, "I know right?" My few minutes in Smoothie Warriors this morning assured that I'll be back again soon, just like the handful of other regulars who dropped in and out to pickup their online orders with equally contagious, chipper demeanors. Mmmmm Great Smoothies!! I walked in today and found out that they now serve Soups and Freshly Squeezed Juices, in addition to Smoothies & Wheatgrass shots. As usual I'm always a little skeptical when it comes to soups, so after a free sample I realized the Southwest Chicken Soup was pretty damn tasty!! They also had a Blended Vegetable Soup but I didn't try that one. The daily specials are great, but if you like peanut butter like this guy, then I recommend the Peanut Butter Powerhouse!! I've always enjoyed coming to smoothie warriors because they blown chains out of the water in terms of health and freshness. I just wish they had a more friendly staff (at least than what they have today). I just walked out of the store disappointed at how much of a hassle it seemed for the girl to make two smoothies. Her attitude was so negative that I didn't want to leave a tip; although I did because I like supporting small businesses, especially during COVID. Of course I'll continue coming, but I hope that some of the employees learn to value customers more! read more

Not only is Jason, the owner, a smoothie warrior, he can throw down (or shall I say blend up) a screamin cup of tortilla soup. The place is clean and inviting. I feel healthy just sitting in here-- or like I should be off to the gym next, with the enthusiastic music playing through the surround sound speakers. For the beverage/smoothie part of my lunch, I ordered the Nutty Nectar that contains peanut butter, banana, oats, protein, honey, turbinado and rice milk. I added spinach and spirulina which are available to add with any of the smoothies. He also had a plethora of other options to boost up or add to your mix. I don't have a great gauge on how busy it is or what the usual wait is because most of the college students that occupy the town are gone until Jan 20th. I walked in with no wait and got my smoothie and soup in under 5 minutes! Incredible! Good job Jason! Thanks for bringing some quick healthy drinks and eats to my day. Would I return? They're the only place I know of in San Marcos that makes the wheatgrass shots & when I was in college, I would get the shot all the time. They also have a wheatgrass "wall of fame" & your picture can be posted on that wall if you so desire. Today's visit was the first in several years for me, & their smoothie selection has grown considerably. They have smoothies for all tastes & lifestyles. If you're looking to bulk-up, boost your immune system, or escape to a tropical island somewhere, there is a smoothie for you. If you want something specific I'm sure they can make you a custom smoothie. Sky's the limit! Or if you want something generic, you can order "the original" like I did. With the closest Jamba Juice 30 min away in Austin, this is as close to a JJ smoothie as you'll get if you're into that sort of thing. If you live in or just passing thru San Marvelous & craving something like a Smoothie, this is your place! fun fact: Smoothie Factory is located next door to Gil's Broiler, one of the oldest burger joints in San Marcos. A five-star good location the drinks are good, and they are served in large cup containers so you definitely get your money's worth, that's my favorite thing about this place, but if you want a really healthy smoothie you have to have it custom made there for you because they don't yet have any green Blended smoothies up on the menu..... a blend of greens and fruit are the healthiest so I hope they update their menu They offer soup here so you can actually have a lunch they also have chips they also have really good wheatgrass the price on the week grass is so so it would be better if it was a little less expensive but I'm really glad that they offer it read more

The smoothies never disappoint and they're great for a snack or even a meal depending on how much your stomach can hold. I highly recommend to anyone. I come here whenever I'm riding through the square or whenever I don't feel like having anything heavy for lunch or dinner. All the ingredients they use are right behind the counter so you see they're fresh. It's always very clean, and the employees are genuinely nice instead of faking it like most places in town. I try and get something different every time cos they have lots of tasty option. Also they use turbinado instead of processed sugar. Takes two seconds for them to make the smoothie too. I *love* smoothie factory. They have about a billion flavors and everything I've tried is delicious. My fav is the strawberry banana something or other. Every time I request that the guy tells me the name of it but I forgot. :P I like that they don't use ice cream or milk or any of that crap. I prefer a smoothie that I could make myself, but with a little extra something in it. Their prices are a little on the steep side but their smoothies really are delish. read more
