They only have minimal outdoor seating which is shaded only part of the day. Most people order online, to-go. I do like to sit and enjoy while there. I would love if they prioritized organic ingredients to match their high prices. Quality is expected when prices are high.

I ordered the pure matchalicous power smoothie. On the menu, it is listed as having banana, kale,…read moreagave, matcha, and coconut milk. In reality, there is no indication of matcha outside of the color. If I didn't know that there was supposed to be matcha in it, I would have attributed the color to something like kale alone. It wasn't bad, but it definitely is not what is advertised. Something I was also baffled about was the general poor service. The cashier didn't know what was in the smoothie when I made sure it was dairy free, and it was exponentially slow considering that I was the only person there. I can attribute both of those to training issues, but there's also the matter of the topic of conversation very loudly being held by the employees, which kind of ruined the vibes.

A day later I had to stop in to grab another one. The shake comes with a shot of aloe and a tea as well, and for only $8 bucks! The atmosphere was casual and had several customers who look like regulars. They were sitting at tables chatting together. The female staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me make a selection since I hadn't visited the location before. I chose the oatmeal cookie smoothie which was delicious (sweetened with dates). Because I was a new customer, she kindly offered to let me try an aloe drink, a tea sample and my smoothie....complimentary as a new customer. That was very kind. I will certainly be back next time I visit Tucson!

I may have made the mistake of ordering outside of the lemonades on the menu: I found my Kahuna Koffee Smoothie to be overly gritty with a harsh flavor, but the Butterfly Mojito Lemonade was awesome: great balance and depth of sweetness and tart puckering sour deliciousness. Definitely worth checking out!

Wow. New favorite sandwich shop!…read more The Lemongrass Beef sub was incredible. The beef was tender and full of bright flavor, and the mix of fresh herbs, crunchy veggies, and a little jalapeño heat made every bite pop. My husband and I split the sandwich and we both loved it. I also ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea with egg custard and boba. The tea and custard were perfect and refreshing. The boba was still good, but the texture felt like it had been sitting for a bit. We visited about an hour before their 3pm closing time on Monday, and the other days of the week have later closing times, so that could be why. I enjoy Capriottis, Firehouse, and Baggins, but Banhdicted is on a whole different level. The drinks are wonderful too. Being right next to Lee Lees makes it an easy stop, and it is close to the Tesla supercharger which is great for grabbing food to go. Customer service was friendly. Service was fast. They have an app for earning rewards. Seating is cozy inside with a couple of spots outside. It was comfortable for the two of us and not busy on a Monday afternoon. It is officially our new go to spot for sandwiches and drinks!

I could go 'Bahn and on' about how awesome this place is!…read more I've known of Banhdicted for a long time and finally made it in: what an absolute delight! I got the BBQ Pork Banh Mi and my fiancee got the Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi. Both sandwiches were fantastic: the bread is outstanding - soft yet a perfect crusty crunch - the meats were perfectly flavored and so tender, then wrap it up with the perfect flavor combinations of the fresh veggies & cilantro. The seat area is small & quaint, more of a takeout restaurant than a place you'd hang out. But if you choose to there are a few tables and it's a calm atmosphere. The staff was kind and got the food out ASAP. Overall I highly recommend and will be returning soon!

I received the tea and these are my thoughts: 1) it was cold 2) it wetted my whistle from being parched. 3) good amount of ice 4) the tea tasted fresh. IMO overpriced Add to that, the girl working the counter was sitting there chit chatting with another customer (a regular apparently because they were NOT talking about her order!) while me and my sister stood there twiddling our thumbs!
