Stopped in here for a evening smoothie. Never again at this location. Guy taking orders in drive thru obviously hates his job. Maybe management should help him out with that. I'll continue to drive over to the Pat Booker location. They have great customer service there.

The service was kinda slow, but they were friendly. I ordered a total of four drinks and had to ask for a drink holder. That's always been my pet peeve. We got sick from these drinks…read more Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. My fiancé and I picked up a couple of drinks this morning from On The Grind, and our stomachs are royally paying for it. I'd like to start out by saying that the baristas were super delightful and cheerful despite having just opened up while it was still dark outside at 5 am. They were great, I just wish I could say the same about the drinks. We ordered the Sandlot, blended with 'the works,' and an iced Grasshopper alongside a Blueberry Muffin Top. The Sandlot was supposed to be a s'mores beverage, but the flavors were too muddled to identify anything resembling a s'more. The syrup was too sweet and chemically and did NOT work well with the chocolate. It felt like they were at odds against one another in the drink, there was absolutely no marshmallow taste, and to top it all off the espresso was burnt. We had to really mix the chocolate up from the bottom to try to cut said burnt espresso taste, but that just made the clashing of flavors even worse. The Grasshopper was sour. I initially thought it might be the creme de menthe battling with the white chocolate as the flavors once again did not balance with each other in the slightest, but no, the drink was sour. This drink was not mixed well, the burnt espresso growing more offensive with each sip. We'd hoped the Blueberry Muffin Top would help get rid of the downright foul and lingering taste of these drinks from our tastebuds, but it just added to the chaos tasting like a slightly more upscale Little Debbie mini muffin, chemicals and everything. It was too sweet and needed something more bitter to pair with it, but the coffees were far too nasty and bitter to warrant consumption. My fiancé and I will typically finish drinks that we've purchased, even if we're not fans of them, since we consider it a waste of money not to. We put these beverages down after we consumed a little less than a quarter of each one because they were legitimately undrinkable. Between the burnt espresso, sour liquid, and disgusting syrups, we had to tap out. We couldn't even make it through half of the Muffin Top. I'm thankful that we didn't force ourselves to eat or drink more of these because we are in wicked physical pain right now. If I wasn't so ill I would be more livid as an ex-barista that they thought it was okay to serve these to customers. I'd leave a one star for the garbage quality and food poisoning alone but the baristas genuinely were so kind to us, so it gets two.

This review has been overdue. Last month, after an early valentine's lunch, my aunt and uncle went…read moreoff in search of aguas frescas and mangonadas nearby while my cousin and I hunted for a dessert spot that was a little different. that spontaneous search led us to Just Smash'em--and it turned out to be a sweet find. The concept is simple but appealing: fun, unique combinations of sweet treats that lean slightly toward the lighter side. Think açaí bowls, waffles, and snackable options that could easily double as breakfast or a light meal. I ordered the Berry Good Bowl with açaí, oat milk, strawberries, blueberries, banana, pineapple, granola, almonds, and Nutella. In hindsight I could've skipped the banana and granola, but it was still delicious. The fruit tasted fresh, the sweetness was balanced, and the açaí base held up surprisingly well on the drive home. My cousin went for the Belgian waffle with banana and Nutella--the waffle he has been searching for in the first place--and it did night disappoint. Service was warm and patient while we navigated the menu, and we even got to chat briefly with David, the young lady went. He shared that the business started as a food truck before growing into this standalone shop. The nice young ladies at the counter even offered us to take a flower from their vase of pink carnations for the Valentines. It's a cozy spot with a welcoming I've, even with yea small arts-and-crafts area for kids that makes it feel like a neighborhood hangout. A fun kitty dessert stop when you're craving something sweet but a bit different. We'll definitely be back to try more.

The breakfast burrito is out of this world. They add a cashew cream that just ties everything together. The Oasis smoothing is amazing and perfect for lactose free people. Not too sweet but the perfect balance of strawberry and coconut. Grab one of the peanut butter protein bars to go! You will thank me later. The space is beautiful and perfect to come with friends, a pet, or even alone. Please note that this place is not friendly for people with nut allergies. I am so grateful I asked and they were honest. I brought my brother who has a severe allergy so we chose to go somewhere else.

It is a bit on the pricey side but given that I can spend 2-3+ hours here working in the evenings or weekends, I think is worth the price. They have chagaccino which I've found difficult to find elsewhere but it's a great alternative to lattes, although this one does have a shot of espresso in it. Today I had their Mayan Mocha with Almond milk and only half sweetened. It was pretty delicious but I do wish I left it sweetened haha I wanted to taste more of the mocha. I also have had their burritos. They are delicious and they have vegan cheese which is a plus for me. I've been wanting to try their tamales and thats probably on my next visit. Plenty of parking available. Lots of sitting inside and outside. The inside is spacious and breathable with a ton of comfy spots to sit. The tables have enough space to set up the laptop and notebooks along with food and drinks haha. I totally recommend this spot. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.
