We actually enjoyed it so much we went back today day for another. I will say I did notice a difference between yesterday's crew vs today with the younger crew. I definitely believe there needs to be more than 1 person working in the store at a time. The sweet young person was definitely doing her best with a smile and positive attitude, but it was just way too much for her to control the register and make the ice cream. The store wasn't crowded at that particular time, but if anyone came in with a family of 4 or more, it would definitely be a problem. Limited seating on the inside but outdoor benches and tables with umbrellas if the weather is nice. I had the mango ice with swirl ice cream and my friend had the orange ice with vanilla ice cream. We both agreed that the mango and orange flavor were a little off, kinda leaves a weird aftertaste. So I'm not sure what the artificial flavoring is, but it's definitely not sugar-free as there are sugar free options on the menu. Despite the somewhat-off taste of the ice and the store being understaffed, the establishment is very well kept, has great ice cream options (we will definitely be back but probably just for the ice cream - no ice), is affordable, and the customer service by the young people running the store is top-notch. The prices are really reasonable and I was really shocked that they didn't charge more and the workers were super nice. Now for the bad: sorta hidden and needs better signage. Most of all, I thought it was gross and so did the person that was with me. Very chemically tasting and a really strong flavor. The taste of stevia was overwhelming. I took a couple of sips and threw the entire thing in the trash, we both did. I won't be back but they are usually crowded so don't take my word for it.

The service was excellent and friendly. They helped me pick out what I wanted to eat and drink to fit my mood. Even though it's in another store, there are lots of seating areas With enough room for each person to be in their own space. I never thought I would like hanging in a grocery store, but this little Starbucks has changed my mind. The food tasted fresh and the coffee was the perfect level of sweet and rich, yet creamy. I stayed and studied for about two hours, and the store never got super loud so I could focus. I am not sure what it would be like in the afternoon, but any morning you need coffee, this Starbucks hits it out of the park.

The tea I got to drink was also sweet; I wish I had known that in advance as I would have just had water. I tried a coco bread (presumably with coconut milk in it), which was handy for sopping up my sauce but not anything that really jumped out at me. There were a few other vegetable dishes and an extensive selection of juices and Caribbean sodas, so plenty of ways to get the island flavor. This particular culinary tradition isn't all that easy to find in the U.S., so I was happy to have found it here.
