Love a good smoothie, love a good avocado toast. Every smoothie I've gotten here has been tasty. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I came in on 9/12 around noon and they were absolutely slammed, not a huge deal I don't mind waiting, but the short female manager(?) was being so aggressive and rude towards the employees that were doing the best that they can when there was an entire line wrapped around the drive thru and about 20 people in the store itself. I understand being overwhelmed and overstimulated but to take it out on employees directly in front of customers was incredibly unprofessional and had I been those employees I would have walked out and let her handle it herself, it was incredibly demeaning just to watch and I can only imagine how it was for those employees that had to be on the receiving end of it. I truly hope that this was a one off thing because of the sheer amount of people at the location but even if it was, as a manager you need to be able to control your emotions and not have a meltdown hootin and hollerin at people in front of the entire store. read more

In the same strip mall next to the dentistry where I got my wisdom teeth removed is a Smoothie King. In one day, I found myself here twice. The first time, I was coming off the anesthesia and all I could think about was a smoothie. The first go around, I got the Peanut Power Plus with Strawberry. I barely remember getting home, but I do remember laying on the couch and putting absolute work on that smoothie, crushing the 20 oz before crashing and getting some amazing sleep. The smoothie was a savior after fasting all morning. That evening, after my prescriptions were ready at H-E-B, we went back and I ordered another smoothie. This time, with more cognitive ability to actually order something, I got their Daily Warrior with bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, and more in a 32 oz cup. I still could not feel my bottom lip or my chin, but I could taste how amazing the smoothie was as I slurped it straight out of the cup. This Smoothie King does a great job churning out smoothies for a partially lucid guy like me and definitely made a painful day like getting my wisdom teeth out run a lot smoother. Super nice staff and amazing managers! The smoothies were also so good!! If you're in town and looking for a good smoothie place I would highly recommend it here. read more

This Smoothie King location just became my new Smoothie King location go to spot. I have come here a couple of times already and I love the drive-thru experience. I haven't been inside yet, but the customer service was awesome and friendly. It's easy to access and park compared to the Pflugerville 685 location. Did I mention the drive-thru experience? So if you are worried about the rona, you don't have to go in. I haven't done the pre-order through the app yet, which I am highly considering. If are new to coming here, it's towards the right of H-E-B and in the middle of the shopping center. Enjoy my fellow Yelpers! read more

New ownership has really turned this place around. Fantastic staff and service. Highly recommend this Smoothie King!

Stopped in this evening for a smoothie. This location has a drive thru!!! Wwwhhhaatt?! I wasn't sure which smoothie I wanted as I wanted to avoid the turbinado and enhancers. After reviewing the menu, I selected the berry punch. Great smoothie and delicious! I really have to say that I'm very impressed with the employees here. Katherine and I didn't catch the other employee's name were amazing. They were able to take care of the drive thru, customers in the store and make drinks all at the same time. Hats off to them as I would be overwhelmed. Stop in and get your smoothie. You can even order one in the drive thru for your convenience! read more

Extreme long waits. Like not even close to the normal standard of other smoothie kings across Austin area. Horrible, be ready to wait 45 min for 3-4 car line read more

This is the worst Smoothie King to order from, especially if you use the convenience of the mobile app to order, but then they close the store for drive-through only so you're stuck waiting in line behind a line of cars that are placing orders through the window, completely diminishes expectations, and the quality of your smoothie. This place needs to fix its staffing issues. read more

I have been in several times and the service is very poor. It seems that there is no one who has much experience in the store. I have to instruct often to get the exact ingredients put in - then having to baby sit to get the ice blended (often there are ice chunks in drink). My last time the APP would not work so I could not get the point credit - when APP came up next day system said it was "old receipt" What makes it even worse is that trying to contact the manager (Qu) he will not return my call, nor contact me when I posted complaint and request for callback on the Smoothie King website - At other locations I have not had such bad treatment but this is the closest to my home.... they have lost me as a customer. read more

What a bad first impression, and will undoubtedly be the last. I ordered 2 smoothies online and drove over. One smoothie, labeled 2of2 was in the online pick up area. An employee (later identified as the manager) came over and said "did you need something?" I said I was waiting for my other smoothie. He says "oh yeah we're out of that along with our other 3 stores." He said I could order something else but honestly I wanted what I ordered so I asked if he could just cancel the one and refund it. He stated they can't cancel online orders and I would need to do it online. After poking around the app (with no help from the manager) I found this wasn't possible and in the FAQs it clearly states the store will cancel the order and all they need was the order number, which I had. They refused to cancel starting that's not what they were told even after clearly showing them the policy. So, my choice was either order something I didn't want or lose money. Clearly there needs to be some training in policy and customer service here. Sorry Smoothie King but there's plenty of other places who are willing to provide customer service and judging by some of the other reviews here you aren't in a hurry to correct such behaviors. read more

Smoothie King - Clear policy from the app, since the manager seems to have not received the training on this. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Hutto, Texas

I ordered and paid for 2 smoothies last Saturday morning through the app. When I arrived to pick them up the store was still closed. This was 20 min after they should've opened. I waited 30-40 minutes before giving up and leaving. I have tried to contact them a few times to get a refund but the manager has yet to contact me. I was able to get one of the smoothies made for me this Saturday but I am still out the money for the other. In addition when I went into the store and looked over the counter the mess was disgusting and there were flies buzzing over the fruits. At this point I'm just done with this store. read more

Went today and I'm use to the long wait and never had much an issue until today... When I first arrived (being the only person there) I had to repeat myself twice that I wanted the Activator in a size 32oz. Spoke that pretty clearly too. I had ordered two smoothies which the other is Angel Food. When I pulled up to the window I would say that I waited there for 5 or 6 minutes at the most till someone came to the window and asked "have you payed yet?". I was confused because I can tell it was the same girl who took my order and I'm the only one there.. I replied "no" and she responded "okay , your smoothie will be out shortly" and didn't charge me still. I wait for a while and other cars have pulled up behind me. A young boy comes to the window with a small smoothie size smoothie saying "here's your activator". I immediately corrected that one, I ordered a 32oz and secondly I haven't even paid yet! He goes back inside and to start working on it. The first girl came out a minute after finally charging me and then try's to hand me the small size activator which then again I'm correcting the staff. How embarrassing to repeat myself 5 times now I wanted a 32oz activator.. the staff girl with brown hair round shape face looks at me funny as if I offended her.. I get handed me second smoothie the Angel Food and taste like water.. no flavor ? And afterwards I finally get the 32oz smoothie by the young man who was better in manners. My feedback a former Store Manager: This staff lacks communication skills and multi tasking for a few plus professionalism all because it young folks not being monitored to not lead with emotions. So they doing whatever they want to whoever. I don't think every single one has poor work ethic but whoever hiring for this location has a manager not enforcing proper food drive control and communication skills. I hope corporate steps in and takes control to help this location do better because I love the smoothies. read more

I took this one minute after receiving it. I went to go grab a strawberry pure recharge which is the same thing I always get. The girl told me they don't have that - so she said she would make a me a strawberry mango pure recharge without the mango. I said I have been getting strawberry pure forever now and when I get it, it's very light pink, fluffy, and sweet. I waited 30 minutes at least in line after ordering with only ONE car in front of me. This is what she handed me! COMPLETELY watered down and juice consistency. I drove off because I had to go somewhere else by a certain time. I will never go to this location again. The girl working had chipped black painted fingernails, blondish hair, and a hat on. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I have no choice. My first time ever going to Smoothie King in Hutto today, and they are literally almost out of everything on the menu. Then, to make matters worse. Inside is nasty. They have a carpet just thrown on the bench inside where people are supposed to sit. Food particles on the floor and tables and have 3 girls working there and hardly any business. I won't be going back to this location ever again. Sad! read more

This place is awful. I came in after a workout with one person ahead of me and 3 people working and it still took over 20 minutes to get my smoothie. I wouldn't have come back but I got a $5 off promo for my birthday so I figured why not. Not as slow this time but they were out of peanut butter (how does this happen), and they didn't know how to process the birthday promo so no point in coming. Then when they asked if I wanted fresh strawberries or the sugary ones I asked for regular and the drink was still disgustingly sweet. So much for it being a "healthy" smoothie. I'll never be back, and I'd recommend avoiding this place. I'm not the only one to have these issues from the other reviews. read more

Just don't. You either will wait forever or you will get a subpar drink. I gave them multiple chances and they have not improved at all.

Great service and friendly staff. Big improvement from the first time I came to this location. Will definitely be coming back.

Tried to order a small smoothie 15 minutes before they closed, but was told that every one of their blenders were not working. Really? How does a business run when every blender is broken. I think the workers were just being lazy and didn't want to make anything... . read more

These smoothies were off the chart!!! The 32 oz size is beast! Love the protein powder options. The drive thru girl was super cute too!

I couldn't wait for this location to open because it has a drive-thru, and I can walk here if I wanted to do so. My guest experience was very positive and I went through the drive-thru. He was very polite and courteous. His customer service was impeccable, I believe his name was Gage. The only sad thing was he scanned my rewards but they didn't take. I don't know if this happen because they would be switching to the new app. Other than that I will be returning. read more

Smoothie King is conveniently located. They have great smoothies and it's awesome that they have a drive thru. Will be back here for sure!

They closed their store 15 early after I tried ordering online at 8:40pm. The online systems shuts down at certain time so I always on a daily bases end up driving to the location which is open until 9pm. In this case this particular store told me unless I had an online order they will not serve me even with the store open another 15 minutes. They told me they put everything away and would have to take it all back out. I literally have ootjie king every single day after my workout at different locations and this is the first time they have been so rude and close the store before their actually store hours. I will never go back here and advise the same. read more
