When he left with the dog, I didn't see any of the employees wash their hands. All of the employees were very young girls. Maybe this is okay with other people, but it's not okay with me. I have a huge problem with this, and unless it is addressed here, I won't be back. New ownership has clearly taken their eye off of customer service. The previous owner would have flipped her lid if something like that happened. I don't know who this kid is, and I don't know why his female friend thought it was okay for a dog to be hanging out in the waiting area, but it isn't okay. They need to tighten up the ship if they want me to be back. I've been coming here almost every Friday for almost 20 years, back to when they were in the old location. Based on reviews I had read on Facebook and Yelp, the advice was to arrive early or expect a line. Since this was our 20th anniversary dinner, we arrived about 30 minutes before opening and waited comfortably in the parking lot. Good move -- we were seated right when the doors opened at 4:30.
