It was really disappointing because I'm a huge fan of food trucks and I saw this lovely truck parked at the Walgreens next to Cheyenne middle school and I thought why not give it a try. WRONG. Everything tasted like it was store bought in a frozen package and reheated. The bun was definitely store bought, cause I saw him take it out of a Sara Lee bag. The meat was just so plain. Barbecue is supposed to be full of taste and bursting with flavor. There wasnt that much brisket in the sandwich and the sauce was just average. I also ordered a cheesecake cupcake for $1. I thought, "Wow what a great deal for $1". It wasn't. It was tiny. It was probably about 2.5 inches in diameter. basically a mini cupcake. Pros: - It's a food truck Cons: - Plain barbecue - Plain sandwiches - Pricey for the amount of food you get - TINY cheesecake cupcake, sooo small Overall: Disappointed, good try but better luck next time.

Being from North Carolina, I have a really hard time finding pulled pork BBQ in the area. Not only did they have it, but it was some of the best pork BBQ I've had! By the time I made it to the truck, they were sold out of their SOB (Smokin Okies Burrito) - which involves pork, slaw and other yummy goodness wrapped in a tortilla and grilled - I am seriously looking forward to the next time I can make it to their truck and try this out. Only request is that they would be closer to downtown on the weekends - they are primarily in north Edmond.

The smoked turkey, chopped brisket, and baked beans were standouts, good flavored and even better with their spicy BBQ sauce. They were okay, each was apparently frozen to start and made in advance. I was going to get their combo, but they ran out of fried rice. Sauces were good, some REALLY SPICY. Overall, the guys in the truck were really nice, I felt they were overwhelmed with the amount of people that came out and had troubles keeping up with orders (Frozen dumplings may have slowed them down). Prices were fair on stuff.
