At one of the events last year, we got her card and subsequently called her. We loved her food and presentations so much that my fiance (now husband) and I decided to use her for our wedding. We met with her and she gave us tons of great ideas. We used many of her ideas to create the perfect tables for our dinner buffet and to make our venue feel magical and special. We wanted a lot of choices for our guests so we had passed hors d'oeuvres and some gorgeous salad and cheese stations for the cocktail hour and for dinner we offered several choices (including a vegetarian option). Some of our favorites were the potato galettes with salmon, beef tenderloin, grilled artichokes, chicken satays and the Moroccan shrimp. Jennifer's food was absolutely delicious and we got tons of compliments from our guests. Originally, my mother in law wanted to use a friend of a friend to help us with the staffing and to provide the serving items, like platters, plates and some decorations. We got pricing from her and it was a little bit lower, but it did not seem very organized or professional, which was a concern. Jennifer told me that she could arrange all of that for us and I am so glad that we decided to have her do it. Having Jennifer and her staff take care of everything from top to bottom really made our day stress and hassle free, which was so important. I did a few DIY things to complement Jennifer's table decorations, but for the most part, she came up with the ideas and I got to take the credit for it! (shhhh, don't tell) One of the best things about working with Jennifer was how she was able to create the perfect ambiance, from the food, to the table, to the serving pieces, place cards, color palette...just all of it. I had some ideas in my head when we first met and she was able to take those ideas and make them so much better than I had ever thought possible. She also helped me come up with a surprise grooms cake which was gorgeous! I have heard all of the stories about how stressful it is to plan the wedding reception, so I was prepared for a difficult time, but it ended up being just the opposite. From day one, she and her staff were easy and professional. She gave us a bunch of amazing options for the food and she also came up with some gorgeous ideas for the tables and the decor for our venue. All in all we have had a fantastic experience and I am so happy that we decided to go with her rather than the others that we interviewed. If I could offer a tip to future brides I would say to just let Jennifer do her thing...there is no need to go all bridezilla on her. You cannot believe the amazingly beautiful things she comes up with if you let her run with it.
