They had a nice waterfall outside, clean and cute bathrooms, an outside patio on both sides, and a glass window looking out into the nature. The valet parking was efficient as well. It was a bit of a walk to the venue from the parking area but we had so much fun. The biggest surprise was the food. The appetizers were all amazing and the main dishes were good as well. I think this was one of the best foods I've had at a wedding. They also had a pho bar, to my surprise was also included in the venue. Now the pho itself...the broth was meh and noodles were thin rice noodles, but, the concept was genius for an Asian wedding. I loved the Korean fried chicken! Drinks were so delicious and bartenders/sergers/staff were all amazing.

Tony either has attention deficit disorder or is just too cool to listen, as I asked for a wine tasting with my budget and no valet as we have a limo for the day. I've done wine tastings at Caymus and Opus One and will stick to Napa Valley to avoid the pretentious people involved with this group. Tony can go choke on his grape juice!

The dinner we had was nice but it was outside and it was freezing. So we were all shivering and by the time our food came out everything was pretty cold. The entire hotel was not busy there wasn't that many people there. Kind of a shame since you think it would be since it is beautiful there. The rooms were interesting and across from each other, however I loved the little fire pit they had in the middle of the outside area going back and forth to the rooms. The kids had a blast though they had fun running back and forth and they do leave a lot of yummy snacks around which was really nice. The customer service was not bad not the best but not bad! Everyone was nice but things took extra long when it shouldn't when no one was really there. I hope next time we visit this hotel it will be busier. Nowadays, that note is rarely recognized by restaurants and most use Open Table for their reservations! Upon arrival at the hostess station, we were asked who's birthday and said Happy Birthday, and again by the Hostess that brought us to our table, and then by our sever. I felt so special and acknowledged! It's these small gestures that truly make the difference and a very lasting impression! Casey was our server and he was excellent. Helped to make suggestions and answer questions. Checked back often with each course to make sure everything was as expected. The other staff helping to serve and bus, very friendly and helpful. For drinks, I ordered a Mimosa and my husband and son both ordeted cappuccino, all excellent. They have an excellent cocktail and wine menu. Rolls came out piping hot, nice touch! For appetizers, we started with Crab Cakes and Heirloom Tomatoes with Burrata. Burrata is house made and it shows! Both were so good and I would highly recommend ordering. The Watermelon salad was simply plain and the watermelon wasn't even sweet!!! Everything Was served out of a bag, the arugula, slivered almonds and feta!! Simply plain!! Nothing fancy!! I have to say the crabcakes were excellent on a beautiful presentation and the dessert was absolutely delicious and that was the best part of the meal!! I don't like comparing restaurants, but at many other places we've celebrated birthdays, the staff has gone out of their way to make the guest of honor feel special. There is usually some acknowledgment, attentive service throughout the meal, and an overall experience that feels like a celebration. Sadly, none of that happened during our visit. I do want to recognize our waitress, who was the only server covering the entire patio. She worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job despite having so many tables to manage. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we were overlooked and left waiting due to poor organization. When we asked to speak with the manager, PABLO was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted us, ignored the fact that we had a reservation, and sent us back to the front desk instead of addressing the problem. Rather than helping, he emphasized that he had worked there for 26 years and knew what he was doing. His attitude came across as rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Once we were finally seated, however, our server (Jorge) was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The waitstaff and kitchen clearly provide a wonderful dining experience. Our disappointment was not with the weather, but with the way the situation was handled. A manager should set the standard for customer service, and unfortunately, that did not happen here. I hope Paradise Cove views this as an opportunity to improve communication, organization, and leadership. I am sharing this review not simply to complain, but in the hope that future guests have a better experience. Paradise Cove is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and dedicated staff who deserve management that reflects the same level of quality.

I did enjoy the happy hour at Louie's, drinks were only $7 and the food was decently priced especially for a hotel restaurant. Overall it's a decent stay, but not the best.
