We ended up having to walk out starving because of this very poor, unacceptable service. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

To call the app and ask for a refund. I call the app to request a refund for the salad that has no dressing for a second time. And they only refund me for the missing dressing? Where they said they will give me a refund for the salad. Who eats salad without dressing? I do not recommend this place. I only recommend if you like eating dry salad without dressing.
