Not sure if it's available all the time. Piled high with brisket and their vinegar based bbq sauce - this was memorable and very filling. Their fries were good but nothing to write home about. The pimento cheese, pepper jelly, and pork rind app was amazingly sweet, spicy and salty. An absolute must try. My mom got the pork and greens dish and raved about it. Greens over cheese grits with pulled pork and red sauce and onion rings. Very flavorful and she had so much left over. Our waitress was very friendly and parking was no issue at the Hoover location. We'll be back!

Disappointing to say the least. After waiting 15 plus minutes for the entree, food was cold to the touch. We opted for half lemon pepper; half smoking BBQ. The lemon pepper was quite lemony... which is not what I was expecting, but it was a nice change. We got the loaded fries; they were crammed in a small container, so it was hard to eat them like normal fries. Maybe next time use a larger container so your patrons can actually enjoy them? Not sure I'd make a special trip out to try them again. But I'm sure if they're in the neighborhood, my husband will want to pick up some more of those lemon pepper wings.

I was thinking they'd be closer to Moe's BBQ wings, but was let down on those. The fries were piled high with everything the put on them, and it was very good. Overall, I enjoyed the food. It was cooked fresh, as we had to wait for a bit for it to get cooked. The staff was friendly. I'd order here again if they come back.
