One of the patrons offered me a seat while I was waiting, which was really nice and put me at ease. My food was still hot by the time I got home. Oasis KNOWS how to make a good hamburger. The bun was buttered and crispy around the edges, the burger was thick and juicy, and they put the perfect amount of ketchup on top. The bacon was a little underdone for my taste, but I like mine very crispy. The fries were just standard crinkle cut...but they were elevated to delicious after being dunked in their house-made buttermilk ranch. I'd say this is probably the best burger in the T-town area -- better than The Avenue Pub, which I've often seen it in competition with. At least, that's my assessment. The whole place just felt unorganized and not well taken care of. Overall, nothing about the meal or the atmosphere made the wait worth it. Unfortunately, it was a really underwhelming experience.
