I had googled a couple shops nearby to see which one would be the best price and even though there was a fee to pay by credit card this was still the best option. I believe I paid $55 with the credit card fee included but the gentleman working here was really sweet when I spoke to him on the phone which is why I ended up coming here. This smog check location is right behind a Shell gas station and I might have been lucky because there was nobody there and I was able to drive right up for service. It took no more than 10 minutes and explained the entire process to me. I had two nails in my run-flat tires, and the dealer told me that even they couldn't repair them. I brought my car here, and they were able to fix both tires and rotate them for me. They saved me from having to unnecessarily replace two expensive run-flat tires and once again went above and beyond. But what really made this experience stand out was Al, the manager. I can't say enough good things about him. Al didn't just provide great customer service--he genuinely made me feel taken care of. He listened, explained everything, made sure the job was done right, and treated me like a valued customer rather than just another car coming through the shop. That kind of personal care and integrity means a lot to me, and it's one of the main reasons I trust this place. I've been here before, and experiences like this are why I'll continue coming back. Great work is important, but having someone like Al who you feel is genuinely looking out for you is priceless. Thank you, Al and team, for taking such good care of me.
