One thing I noticed when being there is every customer was so happy when speaking to the man who helped us. It was definitely a welcoming environment and when you see so many happy customers it makes you understand the high rating (I checked before going). He checked the car and it didn't pass. He was so kind to my mom, she was very anxious, and he talked to her about what she needed to do and that we could come back and get it rechecked, pricing was great btw. We took a week of doing what he recommended, we came back once, still no pass (that was only two days after doing what he said-we were just impatient), he recommended we take more time to do what he suggested would help and then a full week later my mom took it in and it was a pass. I just am thankful for how he was very kind, caring, and helpful towards my mom, myself, and even my husband. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to listen to and answer every question we had. I will definitely make this our SMOG place for our cars.
