I came here to get my car smogged. I had made a reservation the night before (which the system accepted), but when I went in for my appointment, the Manager didn't see it in his system. Thankfully, when I showed him my confirmation, he honored it. Every time DMV's decree arrives, I get a few more wrinkles on my forehead. I've been coming to this place for the biennial obligatory smog tests. The process couldn't be simpler. I would call to schedule an appointment and then drop off the car on the day of. They don't have a waiting area so I usually go somewhere else instead of hanging around at the shop. You'd better plan ahead especially when it's hot or raining outside...although rain is not very likely these days :-( The good thing is there are plenty of eateries and shops nearby to kill time. My latest visit was last month. The workers were nice and the price was quite reasonable. The job was finished fairly quickly. It's a relief that the car passed for another 2 years. Smog Pros we're quick to respond and provided me with a quote over the weekend and I brought my car in the following Monday. I had issues with my shocks and brakes. They were honest and advised that the brakes were still 75% and didn't need to be replaced but if I wanted to address the squeaking they gave me options and costs.
