With the 680 freeway entrance located about a light away, it only adds to the headache. The gas station in itself is obviously dated and could use a little sprucing up. Anyhow, they conducted a full inspection and not only root caused the issue but also discovered three other things which the Cdjr dealer did not find in their inspection. I scored a 50% off special on the diagnostic test which was the cherry on top. -1 star for the estimate because in my opinion its steep. Again this may be fair pricing but I do not have enough context or data to say that. Right now, for me, the estimate is a showstopper.I am waiting to hear back from the dealer who sold me the vehicle to see if they will help fix this.

Jason, the tech. Told me to leave the car over night so they can do a deep inspection. The following morning Jason gave me a call and told me the report. Apparently a wire got wet and messed a lot Of things up and caused a lot of fuses to blow. I did tell them to go ahead and work on whatever needs to be fixed. "Engine wise as well" not just electrical. They did a full car inspection, because track day is around the corner and I wanted the car to be in tip top shape. They started off with draining all fluids( oil, trans fluid, diff fluid & brake fluid) they all did a full ignition tune. Changed the spark plugs and coils. Also advised that I need sway bar bushings sometime in the future but I said the hell with that just go ahead and change them right now. Overall they did a really awesome job! Everything was up to date and they did it all for a very reasonable price!!! The car was running great I scheduled a routine maintenance with them and will be coming in very often so they can service my racecar! Does Acclaim Auto Car take advantage of uninformed customers? Does Acclaim Auto Car "Recommend" / "Require" unnecessary service(s) and part(s) ? Double check with your auto dealer or a TRUSTED mechanic before committing yourself to the unknown. They close at six. I was turned away at 4:30... only one car was in one of their bay(s) (oil change - Groupon) At least their fully staffed stored were all able to go home early.... This is the juicy part... WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WERE TURNED AWAY FOR BEING 5 MINUTES LATE. Was there something in our teeth? Oh wait... Was it because we were using a groupon.
