With the 680 freeway entrance located about a light away, it only adds to the headache. The gas station in itself is obviously dated and could use a little sprucing up. Besides the pump feeling a little extra grimy, I was able to get in and out quickly. 3 stars. Not sure if I'd come back unless I'm in a super bind but then again there is another Shell Gas Station up ahead not too far away....

Pumps were dusty. Probably because it's a smog test site. Maybe it's a lack of streetlights, but that corner is dark. You don't get a really friendly feeling being there.

Jason, the tech. Told me to leave the car over night so they can do a deep inspection. The following morning Jason gave me a call and told me the report. Apparently a wire got wet and messed a lot Of things up and caused a lot of fuses to blow. I did tell them to go ahead and work on whatever needs to be fixed. "Engine wise as well" not just electrical. They did a full car inspection, because track day is around the corner and I wanted the car to be in tip top shape. They started off with draining all fluids( oil, trans fluid, diff fluid & brake fluid) they all did a full ignition tune. Changed the spark plugs and coils. Also advised that I need sway bar bushings sometime in the future but I said the hell with that just go ahead and change them right now. Overall they did a really awesome job! Everything was up to date and they did it all for a very reasonable price!!! The car was running great I scheduled a routine maintenance with them and will be coming in very often so they can service my racecar! DO NOT GO The same fella repetitively insisted that a Nissan Versa "REQUIRED" synthetic oil and did not RECOMMEND a conventional oil.... The car is only 3 years old.... Required?? Does Acclaim Auto Car take advantage of uninformed customers? Does Acclaim Auto Car "Recommend" / "Require" unnecessary service(s) and part(s) ? Double check with your auto dealer or a TRUSTED mechanic before committing yourself to the unknown. They close at six. I was turned away at 4:30... only one car was in one of their bay(s) (oil change - Groupon) At least their fully staffed stored were all able to go home early.... This is the juicy part... WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WERE TURNED AWAY FOR BEING 5 MINUTES LATE. Was there something in our teeth? Oh wait... Was it because we were using a groupon. With all the crap you gave the customer in front of us for using one, it was no wonder why your hours were suddenly updated when we presented ours.
