I'm not sure how this station got franchised with 76. It's so run down that it makes the Arco next to it look like a Shell Station All the pumps are old-style lift handles. The LCD screens for the pumps are barely legible. The lighting is poor. The pump mattress loud squeaking noises when pumping. It's also very shady that the advertised price is cash only when the cash only part is purposely unlit so that no one can read it. This is definitely not a 76-quality station. read more

Okay this is my FIRST one star review and its for a gas station. You cant really mess up with filling up gas, but this one is just... all bad. First and foremost, this place ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have out of order signs on (i swear) all of the service stations! I am not happy, especially when i want to just fill up my gas and go home from work!!! But nope, i gotta maneuver my SUV around at least 2 stations to find one that actually works!!! There was this one time that they ran out of gas and the guy didnt even know. whaaaat???? I thought there was something wrong with the machine after i tried a couple of times, so i went to another one. (fyi, this is after i circled the pumps finding one that didnt have a "out of order" sign on it.) Finally, i went in to the guy and he thought i didnt know how to put gas in my car!!! Fine, i may look like i just came out of 10th grade, but seriously??! Then after i tried his "way" which was my way... (UGH), i went back in and told him it still didnt work. So he promptly came out and he was like "okay this is how you do it..." etc etc in his "im better than you" tone. And it didnt work -__________- i was getting so frustrated... And then he told me to go to another station... oh my god i was ready to pull my hair out. That didnt work either... and some other cars were coming in and then i went in again, being exasperated, and explained it wasnt working. AND THEN he told me "oh... i think we ran out of gas." And so, i huffy puffed stomped my way outta there and drove to the ARCO next door and i got gas and i went home. THE END. read more

Convenient location right off the highway. A little more expensive than Arco down the street but they accept credit card which Arco does not. Wish they would clean it though, everything was grimy. read more

Worst 76. The gas pumps need to be upgraded. They have the lift start and stop handles. I've never seem this in my life. They pumps twitch and squeak when pumping. I'm sure that's not normal and the card readers never work. read more

Solid station for grabbing gas to go. They accept credit cards at the pump. The pump is a little bit different since you have to lift up a lever for the gas to actually start pumping. There is a lot of signage with instructions on how to do this so it's pretty easy to figure out. read more

Customer Service: One time I came into this gas station and one of their pumps wasn't working. I went inside to tell the worker but he didn't believe me. I asked him if he would come out and check with me but he said he was not allowed to. I went back to check just in case I didn't do it right but it still didn't work. I went to a different pump at the same location and got my gas. During that time, I went back inside to inform him that it wasn't working. Filled up gas here a few days ago. They had some guy selling car wax right in the middle of the islands, who claimed that the sales of the car wax supports "women's breast cancer research". The guy tried to "demo" the wax on my car (without asking permission from me first) and then tried to sell me some of this wax. I refused and he became annoyed at me. Just let me buy my gas in peace and leave me alone! Don't touch my car, either! read more

Rushing to get my car smog check before work. Got to the place, filing out the paper work and noticed something wrong with the price. The guy was charging me higher price than Yelp stated. Showed the guy the price on my phone. The Guy says " that is not my shop, you at the wrong place, smog-pro is across the street." Realized I got the wrong shop. Smh! Lol! This is probably the most ghetto gas station I've been to in Milpitas...none of the keypads work on the machines and their payment system in the shop doesn't allow for chip payments... I would totally avoid unless you are paying cash. read more

I have been filling up my tank here for years. i always get in and out very quickly and the cashiers are helpful when needed. Also at the same time I am a regular customer to their repair shop. My family and I have been going here for years. They always take good care of us. If you are looking for a good honest repair shop i would recommend coming here. I like this station. It's easy o access from the freeway and easy to enter and exit without having to wait for lights, traffic, and making a bunch of u-turns. The prices are more reasonable than the stations near Montague Exwy & 880. The attendants are nicer than the ones at the Shell station nearby too. read more

This was the shadiest gas station I've ever seen. The first pump I pulled up to was out of order, I pulled around to another and before I inserted my card I saw that the tamper tape was broken on the card reader. I always check to try to make sure that my card info is not stolen. This one seemed shady, so I reversed to the next. The card reader seemed intact so I started pumping - for all of two seconds. This one would not pump more than a couple of seconds at a time. I pumped a gallon and went inside to buy a drink (the reason I stopped to begin with). When I walked in and did a double take. There was only about six varieties of drinks across all of the cooler doors. I've never seen a legitimate store with so few items in it. I paid with cash and ran out of there. I would definitely avoid this place and I'll be watching my card statements closely for the next few months just in case... read more

This gas station is very inconvenient as it always seems to have several gas pumps out of order. Some of their credit/debit card readers do not work either so you'll have to purchase gas with the cashier. Prices at this gas station is similar to that at the Arco station next to them, which I recommend over this one. You will not have to deal with out of order gas pumps and card readers. read more
