Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I will update if there are any further rodents but I am confident in the work by the company and team. I highly recommend this family owned company.

The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.

I received a flat rate price estimate shortly after starting a Yelp project on July 5th from this company. They were quick to respond and gave a price that was reasonable compared to others that responded and offered to come out next day. Dennis came the next day and communicated well prior to his arrival. Dennis explained what he would do well. Dennis made quick work of that wasp nest and knocked it off my roof eave before taking it away. All in all, I'd say he was here for no longer than 20 minutes. He recommended servicing our residence as well as the eaves to further prevent wasps from returning and to prevent other pests from visiting, but was not pushy about the service. With kids and pets, we prefer the ad-hoc visit over a monthly service plan and Jaime does not pressure you into a plan and does a great job solving the problem in one visit and that lasts several years. During his most recent call out, we found an area where rats had chewed through the crawlspace vent. He did an inspection and provided a very reasonable quote (compared to what our neighbors had paid to other providers). It's rare to find a reliable, quality, one-man shop - Jaime at Pestfinders is that diamond in the rough that I can't recommend enough.

First of all, on the first visit, within ten minutes, the technician had spotted an entry point on our roof that was likely the cause of our isse. It wasn't obvious and the previous service we used (one of the larger services in our area) hadn't spotted this. Another thing that I noticed was the respect and care the technician showed at our house. It's a small thing, but when the technician entered our house he noticed that we had shoes by the door and went ahead and removed his shoes when making his way to our attic. Taken all together our technician was detail oriented, respectful, and thorough. And he solved our problem. 2 missed appointments by Technician:…read more I had a scheduled appointment on a Friday, in the morning for a termite inspection. The day of the appointment, at the time of the appointment, I received a txt message from the technician mentioning that they would not be able to make the appointment as they were double booked. He proposed to re-schedule the appointment. I had already taken the morning off to meet the technician, with hours and income loss. But, I decided to re-schedule for the upcoming Tuesday. Tuesday comes around, and again I take time-off work and income loss to meet with the Technician, and they don't show up the appointment. This was the second time of missed work and income. I reached out to the Company to advice them and they prompted that they could reschedule me, but at this point my trust was already broken. The Company didn't take my time seriously. Company's should learn to appreciate that their customers are taking time out of their day to meet with these technicians, which translates to missed income or having to substitute the time-off with vacation time that can be used for the family.
