We knew we needed to check on this before the flooring install continued. I called one company that was booked up for almost 2 weeks. The lady who answered understood that I needed help now... not later. She arranged for Josh to come out the next morning. He did a thorough inspection. He explained that it was termite damage (maybe old) and gave me several options to deal with it. But also gave us the go ahead to finish the floor. Josh and his office manager saved me a big headache and expense. Thank you from Vallejo!!

He was happy to answer all my questions and it really put me and my family at ease. His assessment report was so detailed and we were quoted such a great price compared to other companies. Their process is straight forward, they are transparent with their costs and don't try to push additional services that you don't need. We finished our repairs a couple of weeks ago and we went from hearing movement in the attic every single day to pure silence. As someone with a severe phobia of rodents, thank you David and the front office team for your help! I can finally sleep peacefully at night. P.S. Because my house is very tall (over three stories in some spots), sits on a tricky slope, and has a Spanish tile roof, most other companies I called either flat-out turned down the job or didn't seem confident they could handle the height and the fragile tiles. Eduardo was the total opposite. He was confident, professional, and completely unfazed by the difficulty of the job. The thoroughness of his inspection was awesome. He provided an inspection report that was honestly as detailed as the professional reports you get when you're buying a home. He used a one-way door and a camera setup (see my photo!) so we could actually monitor the area and ensure the squirrels were out for good. It's that level of technology and attention to detail that really sets him apart from the competition. I was impressed with the value of the cost. It was more than fair, especially considering the complexity of the work and the high level of service. You are getting a ton of value here. Having worked in property management for rentals and apartments in the past, I've dealt with countless vendors, and Eduardo is easily one of the best. I was in a rush to get the job done because I was leaving for a trip in a few weeks. They were kind enough to accommodate an inspection for me the very next day. The inspection only took about 15 minutes. Since the space I needed to rodent proof was small and there wasn't much to do, they suggested that I handle it myself because they have a minimum fee for scheduling a session. They even gave me helpful tips on what to do and which areas needed to be covered. This reflects their honesty and commitment to helping rather than simply maximizing profit. However, I still decided to go ahead and book the job with them as I was in a rush and didn't have time to get it done by myself. The appointment was scheduled for the same week. The crew showed up on time, they got the job done in two hours and ran me over a few cautionary next steps. Overall a very pleasant experience and I was taken care of in less than week and left me with one year warranty. Overall it was a true 5 star experience. A bit pricy given my past experience with rodent proofing companies in South Bay a few years ago, but the service was much better, I assume the prices have gone in past few years and I'm a happy costumer. So I guess it's worth it. So far it's been only a week in and no issues observed. I will update my review in few months and will update everyone on the results.
