Eduardo was the total opposite. He was confident, professional, and completely unfazed by the difficulty of the job. The thoroughness of his inspection was awesome. He provided an inspection report that was honestly as detailed as the professional reports you get when you're buying a home. He used a one-way door and a camera setup (see my photo!) so we could actually monitor the area and ensure the squirrels were out for good. I highly believe in supporting the local companies and wanted to go with an independent company in the area and came upon John and Rob at Righteous Rodant Solutions. John came out right away and took the time to really observe our entire property from top to bottom inside and outside. Day later John and his guys were over sealing up our attic, found some holes outside in the stucco leading into the garage then patched them up, and setting traps all over and even cleaned the ground with some stuff. We ended catching the pesky little critters in the traps (4 so far) no activity now since then, and John even responded to text messages when I had questions or sent photos. A week later we noticed dropping in the kitchen, Rob came right out sealed up the hole behind the stove he found and like that Rightous Solution! They do weekly checks on the property and in your home until they feel you are Rodant Free. Great customer service, no rushed work, great response time, very personal service! Since the service was so expensive, I was seriously disappointed in those results. That said, the initial rodent proofing price included a 1 year guarantee. Premier came back twice to deal with our recurring problem at no additional charge. Each time they were able to identify new ways in which the little monsters were getting into the house and blocked off the access ways. The last time they came out, in addition to the rodent proofing, they suggested I add ornamental rocks to my garden beds as the rats had been digging under the foundation in a particular area. I followed their advice. It's been nearly a year and we have had no further rat incidents to date (crossing my fingers that this remains the case). In all visits, the technician was thoroughly professional and polite. And it was easy to schedule their return visits. Although I was initially disappointed with the results of the service, I have to say that they really came through in the end.

One of them being that Premier is two different companies - one that specializes in rodent, etc. proofing - which I used. When they sprayed for ants it was a separate division. I should point out that we haven't had an ant issue since they sprayed (over 2 years ago). Here are her words from her email to me: "We have 2 separate companies {2 divisions, each one having a specialty} Premier Rodent Proofing specializing in Rodent control and Performance Pest Management specializing in Pest Control {Ants, Fleas, Spiders, etc.} You hired Premier Rodent Proofing in December of 2009 to resolve a Rodent Issue. Our services have a 1 year warranty; it isn't a yearly maintenance contract like Performance Pest Management offers." Katie also apologized about the rude employee and for the cancellation mix-up. She also wrote that they left a quote for the additional work and followed up with me. I do not recall it this way but it is certainly possible they left a quote and it blew away in the wind. Overall I'd like to say that the folks at both divisions all seem like very nice people - it is a small family run business. I don't consider this a bad review - I consider it an average (a-ok) review. I think anyone could easily be happy with their services and should not use my review as a reason not to try them - this is NOT a negative review. They did a great job sealing the attic which I am very happy about. Hope this helps to clarify things.
