Very easy access on and off the freeway…read more Gas prices are comparable to elsewhere in town, the store is well kept on the outside, and clean on the inside. The restrooms are clean. The employees are friendly. It is Your typical ampm, beer, wine, soda, snacks, sundries, etc. A decent hot food section as well. The one glitch is, at most ampm's, you can use the "earnify" app, to get 10 cents off your gas, and earn points for more gas discounts, as well as items in the store. Apparently, Nevada doesn't use this app. They are on a separate arco app. For those of us who live out of state and don't come to Nevada that often, it's not much good to us. Still, it is a decent store. Thank you.

I went to this store on Thursday, March 28. It is located on Rand Avenue, right off (north of) E…read more William St.. It is near Jacksons Food Stores at the corner of Rand and E. William, and across from the Silver State Inn and GMG Foreign Auto Services. It is located in Suite 14, but they also rent Suite 12, next to it, which houses clothing for men, women, and children, mainly t-shirts and jeans. The clothing part was roped off when I came in, but the employee opened it for me so I could look around. They also store some food items there, like soda. The convenience store part is small. They don't have gas, nor do they have any Slurpees/Icees, hot ready-to-eat foods, soda dispensers, coffee, or restrooms, like most convenience stores do, but there is an ATM, candy, refrigerated beverages, cigarettes, beer, and liquor. There is also a propane exchange there. The employee told me they had been around for 14 years or so. She was polite and wanted to help. I felt kind of awkward, as I was the only one in the store and was just looking around and digging for information. But I did observe people come and go from my car, usually to buy beer. I tried calling the phone number I found online, but there was no answer, and then a fax machine tone. They have no website. I didn't see any hours posted, but Google days they are open from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, but Google also listed an out-of-service phone number and wrong zip code (which I corrected), so who knows. Many other websites like YellowPages or Mapquest say they are in Suite 13, but there is not Suite 13 in that plaza. This is small store, off the beaten path, so they are not going to attract the crowd and passers-by that the major convenience stores do. Yet I suspect they satisfy the local needs of many of the people in the area who know of its existence. I give them four stars, only because they do not have a bigger social media and web presence which would help them attract customers. And hours and a phone number were not posted.

Mind you I did go right after Christmas so possibly that's the reason but I did end up getting a phenomenal cow print faux fur jacket that stretches from shoulders to toes and my friend also got one too. It was listed at a fantastic sale price and there was no question once I found out it was discounted that we both HAD to have it-- and now that it's home with me, I absolutely don't regret it and cannot wait to wear it! While there, I was also looking at a really great distressed cowboy hat, but my friend decided she had to have it as well so as there was only one left, it was absolutely going to be for her!! :)

I wandered in yesterday as part of my short afternoon road trip from Genoa. I don't think there is another Lottery location for miles, as I've driven past a few times to see a line out the door. What I saw inside were 2 significant lines - one for the CA Lottery Machine and one at a dedicated counter. A few tables were then occupied by folks scratching away. There is a separate gift shop room that is very nice and they do sell branded clothing in the main room. And even with the Lottery traffic, it seemed pretty easy to buy a sandwich at the Deli and have a seat. The folks here also seemed very pleasant and organized. Tip: While you're in the area, drive on down the road and pay a visit to the very cool Markleeville General Store.

I know that very little that we do is private, and I know we are tracked, but to know that me driving out to Woodfords to get a lottery ticket and the internet accessing my location via GPS (of course, I had my cell with me!) and then actually asking about my experience? This makes me sick. But I have to say, I've been out there numerous times and everybody's having a good time. The restaurant is cookin' busy and the people are happy. The place itself is spotless. But mostly, what I think is the star of the show is their employees. Every person I have interacted with has been just awesome. Always smiling, kind and patient, and they don't mind answering questions. So despite the fact that I think it sucks that I was tracked and asked, I don't mind saying that I like the place a lot.
