I worked retail for a long time so I understand things happen. The following day I come in for appointment and they said the tires are here but the paper was send to Carson city... just waiting for the manager to override this so we can help you.... I waited 1 hour and still no help... the older man said the manager knows but it busy. I waited another 30 minutes and still no answer.... I looked for the manager in the store and found her! I reminded her that the nice older man was waiting for her approval and there a line in the tire center- She was rude! She said it's not her priority and she'll get there when she does.... I told her he's been waiting for awhile and I said thank you my appointment was over an hour ago .... She was rude Again and said move out of the costumer service line. No " I'm sorry and I will help" no please set out of the line and I will get to you soon". Nothing! Just rude, nasty , older big woman barking orders . Shame !!! This lady needs to learn to desolate herself and the situation. She needs training on customer service. In my opinion she's too old and grumpy to be working anyway. But this is very poor costumer service. They need to fire her Back to her cats

The quality is always tops. I was having a bad day yesterday and the 2 clerks ringing me up asked how my day was going. I just told them in a couple of sentences the experience I was having. As I was leaving, one of the clerks put a bouquet of flowers into my basket, free of charge! Who does that? They're amazing.

The selection here is great. They recently remodeled so it's clean and organized and they don't often move things around which is great. This store is a bit smaller than the others nearby in Reno, but still offers plenty. My favorite sections are the freezer and wine selections. So many great grab and go freezer meals at TJs and the wine selection at this store is great. They have a great offering of liquor and beer as well and they support lots of local breweries and distilleries. Love it! The service is awesome here. They always have lots of cashiers and the lines move fast. They often give out samples of new products as well as cheese and wine. When I'm not shopping for groceries at Costco, this is where you can find me! Go Trader Joe's!

This is a gas station my Dad (who owned one years ago) would like as the gas pump areas, convenient store, and bathrooms are all clean and well maintained. The Carson Valley Market is part of the greater Carson Valley Inn complex with the hotel/casino and RV Park all adjacent. That may explain why the convenience store has a much better selection than expected, maybe due to "built in" clientele. And their good service clearly follows from that.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I stop in now and then for a snack or drink, it is nice to have indoor and some outdoor seating. Burned by Whole Foods on a Too Good To Go offer. I should have heeded the warnings I read about To…read moreGood To Go offers from Whole Foods. Last night I accepted an offer for $21.00 worth of a Variety of refrigerated foods for $6.99. When I arrived the employee had several bags ready for TGTG orders. She handed me a bag with two 1-gallon jugs of milk and 1 leaking quart of milk marked with a 50% Clearance tag, all expiring the next morning 7/23/26. I explained it was impossible for my wife and I to drink over 2 gallons of milk by tomorrow and was told all the bags contained only milk. TGTG is designed to help business reduce food waste, but Whole Foods uses the app to offload expiring product on unsuspecting customers. A typical family cannot drink over 2 gallons in 24 hrs so Whole Foods forces the consumer to throw it away instead. I contacted TGTG explaining what I received and they concluded that I did not receive a "variety of refrigerated items" as promised, but instead a massive surplus of a single item and a damaged food item which is prohibited per their policies. TGTG issued a refund, but the important message is not to allow Whole Foods to push their waste on to you.
