If the self checkouts were available this place would be a lot better. Do not come when busy.

Not only is it relatively well stocked, with an excellent pharmacy and automotive services onsite, other services such as Subway, a medical clinic, and a salon are present inside. The array of customers who frequent here is an excellent cross-section of contemporary life and the store appeals to all income levels. It's also one of the few places where it's not uncommon to find equestrian women picking up groceries, still wearing dusty western boots with spurs, before heading home. That always make me smile. Discerning grocery shoppers are accommodated as well. Organic fruits, vegetables, pastured eggs, some grass-fed beef, grass-fed butter, wild caught and processed in the USA fish are available. Sure, it's not perfect and you have to look for these items, but they are there. Unlike other locations, "The People of Walmart" make an infrequent appearance here. The general atmosphere is very positive. Staff is uniformly friendly and have been exceptionally helpful when posed with a question. Parking lot is huge and modified for icy/snowy conditions.

I called at 6pm and they said the tires arrived and been waiting for me but now it's 6 and they need reschedule for tomorrow. Not a problem at this point but they seem very unorganized... I get it. I worked retail for a long time so I understand things happen. The following day I come in for appointment and they said the tires are here but the paper was send to Carson city... just waiting for the manager to override this so we can help you.... I waited 1 hour and still no help... the older man said the manager knows but it busy. I waited another 30 minutes and still no answer.... I looked for the manager in the store and found her! I reminded her that the nice older man was waiting for her approval and there a line in the tire center- She was rude! She said it's not her priority and she'll get there when she does.... I told her he's been waiting for awhile and I said thank you my appointment was over an hour ago .... She was rude Again and said move out of the costumer service line. No " I'm sorry and I will help" no please set out of the line and I will get to you soon". Nothing! Just rude, nasty , older big woman barking orders . Shame !!! This lady needs to learn to desolate herself and the situation. She needs training on customer service. In my opinion she's too old and grumpy to be working anyway. But this is very poor costumer service. They need to fire her Back to her cats

As I was in line waiting to check out I noticed some people arguing price with the owner and thought nothing of it, BUT I absolutely should have. I made polite conversation with the owner as he was ringing up my items but then when he said my total I was a bit taken aback as it was higher than I had expected. When I was shopping I had been keeping a running total as I went and this seemed well above it. Unfortunately I did not trust my gut and paid for my items and figured I'd just check everything when I got in the car. I was given no receipt and when I went to check the items I remembered that as we were chatting the owner had cut off the price tags. I calculated (rounding up) what I remembered the tags to have said (even checking pictures I had sent my husband for opinions) when I was shopping and was shocked to see that I had been overcharged by about $50 dollars. It seems like this guy likes to take advantage of people and just charge whatever he feels in the moment and then makes it so there's little to no consequence for his actions because there's no way to "be sure" unless you're watching and calculating every single thing as he goes through. The only reason this review isn't one star is because of my previous pleasant experiences but BE CAREFUL here because you never know when the owner might decide to ruin your day.

My most recent visit was the worst. I arrived at 6PM and even though it's supposed to be open until 8PM the manager yelled at me through the glass and said they were closed. I tried calling after that to check to see if it was ready. The first two times no one answered, but on the third try the manager said my prescriptions would be ready that Thursday. I waited until Friday to be sure and went in and waited in line for more than a half-hour. When I got to the counter, the manager said they hadn't filled them yet, per usual, and to stand next to an end cap for a half hour and wait for them. A half hour later he gave me one prescription and said they couldn't fill the other because they couldn't get it. I'm reasonably sure he was lying as he's lied about everything else. Even though I get my groceries at Smith's, I'm getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from here on. Spending hours trying to get a prescription filled and being lied to constantly by the pharmacist in the process would be self-abuse if I kept doing it.

They have always been friendly and greeted me when I enter the store. The lady who works at 7/11 in the mornings is usually known for her pleasant and helpful demeanor…read more Regular customers have always praised her for her cheerful attitude and prompt service. However, last Sunday, one particular incident left many customers shocked and disappointed. The lady's unprofessional behavior towards a customer and his daughter was completely unexpected and uncalled for. It all started when my ex-husband and daughter went into the store to make a purchase. As my ex was completing his transaction, the lady turned to him and uttered, "Fuck you, you fucking drunk." This derogatory statement was not only offensive, but it also left my daughter in tears. She immediately called me, and I was appalled by what had just happened. Without wasting any time, I rushed to the store to speak to the manager. Despite repeated requests, the lady continued to blame my ex for her unacceptable behavior. This only added fuel to the fire. I firmly told her that her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a regular customer, and a concerned parent, I expected better treatment from the employees of this store. My tone was assertive, as I wanted to make it clear that such behavior would not be tolerated. As a customer, I have the right to expect respectful and courteous treatment from the staff at 7/11. It is their responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience for all customers. Their behavior towards customers reflects poorly on the store's image and reputation. I suggested to the manager that if my ex was causing such a problem, he should either be banned from the store or the police should be called. I firmly believe that no customer should be subjected to such derogatory and offensive language, regardless of the circumstances. The lady's actions were not only unprofessional, but they also displayed a lack of respect and courtesy towards customers. As a concerned parent, I was shocked and dismayed by the incident. My daughter's tears were a clear indication of the impact of the lady's behavior. It is important for employees to understand that their actions not only affect the customers but also the store's reputation. In today's digital age, word travels fast, and one negative experience can result in a loss of potential customers. In conclusion, the incident at 7/11 last Sunday was an unfortunate one. The lady's unprofessional behavior towards a customer and his daughter was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better treatment from the employees of this store. I hope that this incident serves as a wake-up call for the management to ensure that their staff is trained to handle difficult situations with professionalism and respect. Let's strive to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers at 7/11.
