We stopped in to order and were directed to a pair of kiosks. I guess they don't do any in person ordering anymore? We ordered the 3 pack of mini cookies which was just under $9. Pretty crazy prices for three small cookies. There is no where to sit here, so be ready to take your cookies to go. There is just a large monitor which displays that they are working on your order and a small area to stand and wait. The cookies we ordered included the Oreo, Celebration, and Pink Sugar. Honestly, they were not amazing in any way. 2 of the 3 were rock hard on the edges and clearly over baked. The Oreo was ok. The calorie to size ratio is also pretty crazy, similar to the price to size ratio. The biggest competitor in this area for Crumbl is Dirty Dough, which is a better product for sure. They are on opposite sides of town though, so I guess Crumbl is great for people who live in the South part of town. Overall, Crumbl is ok. The cookies are easy to order, boxed up quickly, and are fairly tasty. They also rotate their flavors weekly which is a great perk that keeps you coming back. However, the prices are high and the quality isn't spot on, at least from my first experience here.
