I…read morethought last year was the final straw: I was next in line, actually the only person in line, when a hurried "business" man came rushing in needing a pack of smokes. She dropped everything she was doing to open up the register closest to him, leading me to say, "I was next." She called somebody over from the photo area to ring me up. I said, "You know what, forget it." An entire year goes by and I think to myself, since she thought she was too good for that place, maybe she left. No such luck. I have nothing in my hands as she very slowly approaches me. I clearly need something from behind the registers. She refuses eye contact or a simple greeting. I wait a full 30 seconds to tell her what I need. She hautily scans them up without a word. She likes to wear acrylic nails and her brown hair pulled up in a twist. Her glasses prove she had better times, but she's still ringing people up at Rite Aid, and needs to get over herself. I'm calling corporate now to file a formal complaint b/c she put me in such a sour mood. If I go back next year, and she's still there, I'm going to absolutely pitch a fit and tell her how vile and disgusting her customer service is.

What I like is they carry many products catering to homeopathic, natural, and organic lifestyles. Whether it be medication, beauty supplies, or food - their selection of these items are the best around. This is in addition to the normal drug store staples of beauty, drug, cosmetics, seasonal items, etc. They also have a pharmacy which I've never used. Hubby likes the fitness supplements and protein powders. Their selection of these items are pretty plentiful too. Prices are kinda all over the place, depending on the product but overall probably higher than say going to CVS. Often they will have a double page ad of coupons in the Clipper so look for it for additional savings on select items. When I was dumbfounded on where to find essential oils I found them here. Selection is fairly good although there were several I bought on ebay either because Savemart didn't carry them or the price was better. So why 4 stars and not 5? For me I hate their parking lot. The layout is poorly designed. Secondly the isles are close together and crammed. The place is usually crowded and its hard to find help. Lastly the security guy at the front door checking your purchase when you leave. Is theft that prevalent here that that's necessary?

I'm only in town for a few days, so this allergy/cold thing is completely unacceptable! The location was just a block over from Franklin & Marshall College. There is a large parking lot in the back. There is an entrance close to the parking lot. I went in and began to look for sudafed. The place, like all other CVS stores that I've been to, is huge. Found the allergy section & started looking for relief. There were 2 other girls in the same aisle. Apparently, the cold season has begun. A friendly sales associate appeared and helped the young ladies, then asked me if I needed anything. I guess I looked & sounded really bad because he made sure to point out the Kleenex on special. I grabbed that, too. I wanted some bottled water to take back to my room & he was nice enough to carry it to the register for me. The sales associate at the register was friendly and waited patiently while I got my phone out for her to scan my CVS card through the app. There was also a $2 off reward that I could use, so they showed me how to add that to my card. While she was ringing me up, the previous associate pointed out the sale table. There are $2 iPhone 6plus cases. What the heck! They aren't the best, but I figured, what's $2? Overall a great experience for me. I definitely recommend coming back!
