What that means is that you have to call into the pharmacy to resolve issues and here lies the problem. You leave a message for a call back in an hour you will never get one. They will not call you back they will send you a text message that they got your call but wont call back. My issue is with them I have my prescription mailed to me and i pay for the shipping. I have to call in to remind them to ship it verbally because they will not adhere to the message. The will not call back and they would listen to the message and ship it.
