After not hearing that my order was ready, I called to check on the order status only to hear that they are out of stock and have to cancel my order. Again, these were Christmas gifts and now I do not have them for my family. While I understand these things happen, no one bothered to call and let me know, so I could reorder and have them in time. I did not open them and when I received them on 10/15 they were already brown. The kicker for me was a couple of months ago I tried to order chicken, cream cheese etc. Whether it was a name brand or the Walmart brand everything was out of stock. I tried to place the order the next day and what a miracle everything was available. However, the prices went up. For example the chicken went up $2.
