I had no idea pharmacy providers prices for a Medicare plan could vary that much! My previous pharmacy offered exceptional, personalized service, and I was afraid I would lose that with a new one. Nope! Medicine Shoppe has a great team that provides a great experience each time! Shout out to Meaghan and Linford with whom I have most to interactions...they're both top notch in friendly service, accuracy and having orders ready on time. The Medicine Shoppe also has delivery available daily for a nominal fee. Another service worth mentioning...walk-in vaccinations during regular business hours. Little to no wait. Finally, while I have had an very occasional less than stellar interaction with one or two team members, I whole-heartedly recommend the Medicine Shoppe on South Queen for all your prescription and vaccination needs. I decided to give Walgreens a second chance this year at a different location. I ordered 8 calendars on December 23 at 11:15 AM. Earliest pick up time was December 24 at 1:23 PM. After not hearing that my order was ready, I called to check on the order status only to hear that they are out of stock and have to cancel my order. Again, these were Christmas gifts and now I do not have them for my family. While I understand these things happen, no one bothered to call and let me know, so I could reorder and have them in time. Two years in a row and very disappointed with the lack of service I've received.

And today I received 3 lemons which I ordered that were all bad. Last month I ordered some salad kits that were dated 10/19. I did not open them and when I received them on 10/15 they were already brown. The kicker for me was a couple of months ago I tried to order chicken, cream cheese etc. Whether it was a name brand or the Walmart brand everything was out of stock. I tried to place the order the next day and what a miracle everything was available. However, the prices went up. For example the chicken went up $2. I used to shop there because they were cheaper but not anymore. When my membership is over 11/21 I will not be renewing it.
