This specific time was the absolute best! I was assisted by Mary in appliances and she was so kind, knowledgeable, personable and patient with me. She helped me pick out a stove hood, dishwasher and trash pull out for my new kitchen. On top of that she even supported me by calling the HD credit line to combine the purchases to make sure I got the 0% interest promotional offer AND she was so considerate that I was in a hurry to pick up my dog from the vet. So grateful for people like her, makes me feel good about spending so much money there :)

Very disappointing experience with this location and the Customer Service given on "HDCares."…read more My mother and I purchased a refrigerator and initially planned to pick it up ourselves. Because we are both disabled and could not arrange assistance, we returned to the store and paid $79 plus tax for delivery. Before scheduling, I specifically asked about the steps leading into our ground-level apartment and was told they "should be no problem." When the refrigerator was delivered, the driver left it secured to a pallet outside our property, obstructing an ADA-accessible walkway and our property manager's gate. I was then told the driver could not enter the property without another employee present. This restriction had not been communicated to us when the delivery was arranged. We had to urgently find friends/family to help move the refrigerator ourselves, creating unnecessary stress and an access concern for our apartment community. I contacted Home Depot to request a refund of the delivery charge. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and I was informed that Home Depot considered its handling of the delivery to have been appropriate. From my perspective, however, the service was not provided as it had been explained to us when we paid for it. This was especially frustrating given that we specifically asked about accessibility and relied on the information provided by the store. I hope Home Depot will reconsider how delivery limitations are communicated to customers, particularly when accessibility concerns are involved.

It was about $2.39 but the price for me is supposed to be $6.39... so it appeared to be a $4 markup. Ouch. You MUST go to a place like Leslie's Pro to get all the information and education you need to keep your pool up and running for the summer (and possibly beyond). Seriously, I came in here knowing nothing about pools; however, the manager on shift cheerfully asked me a few questions about by pool type, size, etc. She then recommended what I needed to get started, what I needed to keep the pool clean and maintained, and what I needed to do every so often to ensure my kids had a good, clean environment to swim in. Best part? Even after all her recommendations, my bill only came out to about $100. That's NOTHING to keep the kids happy all summer (yes, I will have to repurchase some supplies throughout the summer, but still). I recently worked with Mike on a major home renovation project, and I couldn't be more impressed!…read moreFrom the very first consultation, his professionalism and expertise shone through. He took the time to thoroughly assess every detail, asking insightful questions that ensured nothing was overlooked. The estimate itself was incredibly detailed and transparent--breaking down costs for materials, labor, and contingencies in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone like me who isn't construction-savvy. Mike was responsive, patient, and proactive throughout the process, offering cost-saving suggestions without compromising quality. His deep knowledge of current market prices and building codes gave me complete confidence that I chose the correct individual. If you're looking for an estimator who combines precision, honesty, and genuine care for your project's success, look no further. Highly recommended!

I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Servpro of North Pomona/La Verne…read more After my home suffered fire damage, I trusted this company to help restore it. Instead, I was left with unfinished work and thousands of dollars in damage, and the expense of hiring other contractors to repair and complete what they failed to do. Among the problems I experienced: My hardwood floors were severely damaged during their work. The exterior of my home was damaged and left needing additional repairs. Every TV they removed from the walls was improperly reinstalled and no longer worked. They failed to complete the painting of my wrought iron fencing and railings, forcing me to hire another contractor to finish the job. I had to pay out of pocket to correct and complete work that should have been done properly the first time. This has been an incredibly stressful experience following an already devastating fire. Rather than helping us recover, Servpro created additional financial hardship, delays, and frustration. I have extensive documentation, including photographs of the damage and unfinished work, to support everything I've described. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Servpro of North Pomona/La Verne. I hope others carefully research their options before hiring this franchise. To add insult to injury they've now placed a lien on my home. They lied, cancelled more times than they showed up. If I can help anyone please do not hire this particular Servpro. You will regret it.

Even though you could tell he was busy, we did not feel rushed. He answered our questions so we could make an informed decision, and we subsequently made our way to Barbeques Galore. Once we entered, the greeting added to our experience with Brian. He was busy multitasking with different customers; however, he still took the time to acknowledge us and let us know he would be right with us. Customer service is 100% my thing. He set the expectation, and we appreciated that. Once it was our turn, Brian was very knowledgeable, reiterating the answers to our questions, and of course, we had many more that he was able to address. We were so impressed with the customer service and the store. There were so many items we were considering. We actually ended up buying an item that was not even on our mind, and I am so glad that we did. We enjoy spending time in our backyard, and this store will definitely see us again. Oh, the seasonings were also on point!

I purchased an item advertised on Barbeques Galores website as Grand Hall 32-Inch Grease Tray…read moreP02717933C after searching for a grease tray for my Grand Hall M3206ALP grill. The tray delivered measures approximately 28 inches wide by 17 inches deep and does not fit my grill. My original tray is approximately 30 inches wide by 16 inches deep, with a 32-inch front handle. The company says my grill is discontinued and expects me to pay return shipping. That does not address whether the wrong item was shipped or whether the product was materially misdescribed. I asked the company to confirm the actual manufacturer dimensions, whether 32-inch refers to the tray or only the compatible grill size, and whether the item received is truly part P02717933C. These questions have not been adequately answered.I am requesting a prepaid return label, a full refund including original shipping charges, confirmation of the part number and dimensions, and correction or clarification of the listing. When I checked on the cost to return the item with USPS, they said the cheapest would cost over $70 and the item only cost $89+. So, I would effectively be getting less than $20 back for an item that Barbeques Galore's site suggested was the correct one, but it wasn't. I would think that Barbeques Galore would send me a prepaid return label, since it was their mistake. However, at each request to have them do so, their email customer service rejects my requests without answering my questions. Also, they refuse to allow me to bring the part to their Brea California branch, which is near me. This has been a waste of time and money with no satisfaction.
