But for the low price of 20K but they could cut us a deal and do it for 17k..he could have us back up and running.. pass,,, We called a friend who actually did some diagnosis and come to find out the evaporator was NOT clogged and the bearings were fine. Plus the air filter was dirty and all it was to blame was a contactor relay in the AC condenser which only cost us $30 plus a from Amazon. plus a new Filter for about $20 and we were up and running. I get business is slow but but to deliberately make a false claim it is shameful.

I also had an issue with a shower that no longer put out hot water. They offer a complimentary assessment visit. The plumber, Nolan, came in and quickly had solutions for the problems that multiple people came and couldn't figure out out or were charging us thousands of dollars to repair. Another popular plumbing company mentioned some major repairs that were going to cost me approximately $4k!! After Nolan walked the house, he mentioned simple solutions that would cost just their regular service fee of $165. I asked him what warranty we'd have if he started the work and it didn't resolve the issue. He was so confident that his interventions would fix my problems. He was right!! His knowledge and experience was remarkable. The issue with the water line to the fridge was a simple flip of a switch. The heat in the shower was back with just a flick of a piece in the shower handle. He assessed the water pressure in one of the showers and made a recommendation to change a cartridge at a later time with an approximate cost of $400. I was mind blown at his ability to diagnose our issues, resolve the problems and the cost efficiency that he was able to provide. I highly recommend this company and will keep their number handy for any of my future plumbing needs!

They provided white glove service from quotation all the way through installation. I was simple to book a same day inspection and quote request for a new HVAC unit online. The repair technician Angel Perez was just that, an absolute angel. He was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and hearing him speak to other members of the company over the phone, I knew this was a special company. The employees spoke to each other like family. Once I submitted my signed contact online, Angel thanked me for choosing them and welcomed me to the family. Contract provides excellent warranty on parts and labor. Unit included install of ecobee smart thermostat, which I am in love with! Not sure how I got by all this time without one. By far the best quoted price out of the four I received. On the day of installation I received a text update with a photo and name of the lead installation technician Jon Neves. He and his team arrived right now time and finished the work exactly at their provided estimated completion time. The team placed a mat by the front door entrance to my house, which was a very nice touch, covered carpeted areas where they would be walking. After the job was complete they vacuumed their work space and it was like they weren't even in the house. The group of guys working in the installation took great care in everything they did. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning. The crane was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Steve's 5 Star Service. They offer a service membership for less than $20 a month to handle HVAC tune ups, water heater flushes, and any service needs. You read that correctly, they also do plumbing! I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job!
