Andy came out to take a look and give an estimate, and while he was here we discussed other major work on another locust that would keep our roof safe in the future. I was impressed by Andy's knowledge and experience, and his estimate turned out to be slightly lower than another estimate we'd gotten, so we went with Dominant. A few days later Matthew arrived right on time with his crew. In addition to the branch removals, tree shaping and trimming, Matthew took the time to replace an old cable on our biggest locust that he saw was cutting into the bark with a superior cabling system. He and his crew were all so helpful, pleasant, and respectful of the yard and garden. Despite all the heavy branches that needed trimming, there was no damage to anything and cleanup was above and beyond. If you need this kind of work done I can highly recommend Dominant to take care of you.

We have an above ground pool for the kiddo and the tree also made cleaning a 2-3x chore. The shade was lovely, but the risk of it falling over in a bad windstorm and the upkeep was too much. We received quotes from multiple companies on Yelp and everyone quoted us 3-6x the amount we paid. They had a wood chipper truck I believe it was in front of the house and even used a blower to get rid of any debris. It barely took them any time at all. We had the stump left to make a memorial bench because we got the tree from a loved one that passed. The team did a phenomenal job. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again for other services. Thank you!

His price was also the most cost-effective among the three vendors I contacted, so I decided to go with him. Fabian's team of five did an outstanding job. I'm glad I had this taken care of before the rainy season and truly valued Fabian's expertise, efficiency, and clear communication. We were in stop and go traffic on the Woodinville-Duvall road and he was behind me. I didn't go for 2 seconds so he honked. I waved to him. He then began yelling slurs and names out the window at me, flipping me off, and what was really scary was he was driving what looked like 3 inches my the back of my car. Every time we stopped he would scream that I was a "f---king b--ch". I am a teacher and was literally saying "I hope you have a good day!! We aren't going anywhere and you are being very aggressive! you need to stop!" What he didn't realize was that the name of the company "wizard" was in greenish blue letters on the side of the truck WITH a arborist trailer in the back. Anyway. If someone wants work done by someone with this character, then go for it. He is not a nice person and truly was acting irrational on the road. ***edited to add context: this was completely stopped. The car moved up about 5 feet ahead again within 2 seconds. This was not dangerous again because it was stand still traffic (see above that we were stopped long enough for me to hear you scream at me) regardless of me gesturing that the other car ahead of me ALREADY stopped by the time I moved up, you should never speak to the way you did especially with your business plastered across your truck.

He was extremely insulting when asked to remove himself from my property. My neighbor came over to explain that he had hired an arborist to look at some trees and the arborist "impulsively" decided to enter my backyard without my permission. My neighbor asked if I would accept an apology and explanation from the company, but while my neighbor was explaining the situation to me, the people from Budget Tree Service had driven of. I called her back and said that I was quite surprised by her call as I had been expecting her company to be calling to apologize to me. She said "for whatever has you upset, I apologize even though I don't even know why I'm apologizing." This company illegally trespassed on my property, and then had the nerve to be rude about it. Claudia has claimed that my neighbor gave her estimator permission to be on my property. My neighbor maintains that he did not. It doesn't matter in any case as my neighbor does not own my property and does not have the ability to grant permission to anyone to be on my property. I was home at the time, and a simply knock on the front door would have been all it took had they wanted to ask for permission to enter my gated yard. Jake the arborist and his two crew members did a fantastic job removing our tree! They had to remove it carefully while not disturbing the neighbors' maple trees and other plants that were very close to it. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They thought it might take three hours but it took them only about 1.5 hours. They also asked if we wanted any of the tree for firewood or projects. We said no, so they took away all the branches, trunk pieces, and debris. We were pleased with how the whole removal process went.
