All good work, but my quibble was follow up on some outstanding issues (mainly with a knocking noise that they didn't seem to get to the bottom of and didn't follow up) which led me to explore other companies - which unfortunately were no where near as detailed or close (actually most further) from a solution and I came them another chance and I'm glad I did. Justin helped work through some more detailed troubleshooting and provided a solid quote (detailed and quick) for solutions in a quick manner. He listened and cared. He was knowledgeable and thorough. While not only getting the issues I had resolved, was also able to resolve other code and safety issues that stemmed from the original install of the boiler. I would highly recommend True to others and will also recommend to other neighbors within my condo complex that have similar setups and might need work. Thank you both Justin and Logan - appreciate the work. (It's also interesting that they are not listed on Navien's website or BBB accredited; this is where I looked for contact information for service as they a) certainly can work / service Navien products well and b) should deserve to be accredited with BBB. He was knowledgeable and explained his offering well. And the result was a really great furnace. We've had just one issue with it and that was likely the arctic snap. Having to have two hvac systems in this house is part of that problem. Last year, our upstairs furnace went out. The reason for four stars is that the repair guy they sent three times was pretty useless. He wanted to fix it, but couldn't. We believe he did want to save us money, so his heart was in the right place. I finally asked for someone else who showed us that the whole unit had flooded and was unrepairable. The salesman was also inexperienced so we asked for Matt and he came to the rescue with a deal they were offering. He also once again had the knowledge to recommend the right solution at the best price and with financing. So my main recommendation to them is to train people better. But we are happy with them overall and trust Matt.

We requested an Essency electric water heater installation. We also needed 240/220 run from the…read morepanel outside to the mechanical room. 1. We were given quotes for 4 different water heaters, including one gas heater. That allowed us to compare pricing & features. 2. We were given 2 quotes for the electrical work depending on ease or difficult access to the mechanical room. All quotes were detailed with line items for parts, etc. That was very professional vs the companies that give you a "black box" price with no details. Prices were reasonable for today's structure. Still a shock as we've had the house for 13 years with very few repairs needed. But it is what it is. We had a problem with the initial water heater hookup. They quickly sent out a top electrician (Pete) who verified everything and found one problem. He said he'd talk to the owner in case there was a problem with the water heater. The Essency has communication and app control features so the board working is critical. The next morning they had a full replacement water heater on the truck in case it was needed. It was not needed, Pete and Jacob had it up and running and reverified everything. Pete also caught that our router had paused the connection to water heater for some reason. Pete called later to make sure everything was good. We live near DU and there was no stalling around about coming out here. Every person that showed up communicated well and was good to have in our house.

They replaced it two years ago and it's back to dripping they wanted to charge me $125 to come out and look at the drip. They also stated that the part would most likely not be under warranty that they only guarantee them 6 to 12 months depending on what it is and that I'd probably have to pay again for the plumber to come out and install a new one. That's absolutely unacceptable. In addition to that. They told me that they don't make parts how they used to. I can understand that but to have a part go out in 2024 from 1985 with them rep replacing with a brand new part that goes out in two years that just seems not right to me. I want to warn anyone thinking of using this complany - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their work can be…read moredangerous to your health (carbon monoxide poisoning) and they do not meet code of CO for instilation of gas-vents. After a hail storn in 2018 it was time to replace my rusted and old B-vent from my furnance to my roof. I had this done for $365. The work order (#27493) and receipt stated "Installed a new cap, double wall vents sections and reconnected in the furnace room attic and roof. Sealed 5' section at roof to Jack." This was done by Douglas G. tech on work order. The AirFlow company on 11/7/18 Warranty check and says roof cap screwed in with 3 screws by Tech NG. After a leak in my roof on 2/1/23, it was determined that the B-Vent originally put in by this company was disconnected in the attic and moisture was in the attic and potential carbon monoxide poisoning. The reason was there was only a quarter of an inch overlap in the connection in the attic b-vents and unable to be locked. This could be due to the B-vent pipe was from different manufactures and unable to be locked or vent pipes unable to be turned and lock for another reason. Bottom line It came apart and warped the roof plywood and could have caused me to have carbon monoxide poisoning. I had and to have a new complete furnace B-vent from roof to the attic to the furnace for $1515.25 on 9/21/2023 It was discovered that the attic B-vent your company put in was disconnected at some point. The b-vent that you had put in 2018 was not locked correctly and this came apart I also called you to come to evaluate this situation several times (3/31/23, 4/3/23, 4/4/23), and evaluate the B-vent. No call back. It was not until I emailed you on 7/10/23 that I finally got your attention to send someone out to my home. I also had another vent disconnection in my furnace room. Your brother and another person came out and looked at disconnection of vent and placed tape on vent in furnace room and stated it would be fine and said the tape in attic on B-vent in attic was just fine also. You know that this is not code. You could not turn and lock B-vents so they decided to tape it and it would be fine. As you must know being NATE Certified that Taping is not part of the code for b-vents installation. Everyone BEWARE. This company is not safe.
