Whether it's the location or the entire practice, they need to do better. The staff is nice--that's the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. My appointment was in March for a check-up and cleaning. I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes to be seen. After X-rays and a quick check-up, they told me they didn't have time for the cleaning and rescheduled it for June. In June, they called me just hours before the appointment to cancel again. The next available? August 1st. I agreed. Today, I show up--and surprise--they claim they don't see my appointment. I explained I was called and rescheduled for today, but instead of taking accountability, they tried to spin it like someone "should have" called. No apology. No ownership. Just excuses. They offered to reschedule again, but I walked out. I have a job and can't keep wasting time on this kind of disorganized chaos. Save yourself the frustration. Go somewhere with consistent 4+ star reviews. You deserve better.

Amazing, it works like a supportive brace. Previous night guards I gave up on because they hurt and didn't help at all, very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep at all in them. I went for an annual exam and was told I had 10 cavities even though I had been to the dentist the year prior and had no cavities. The team quote me about $3,000 in dental work after insurance. They made it seem like everything needed to be done until I pushed back and questioned how it was possible I got 10 cavities in the span of a year. After pushing back, they said it was up to me but they would eventually need to be filled. I went ahead and got work done on my upper left side before going to another dentist to get a second opinion. The second dentist confirmed that I had no cavities. However, the filling that Dr. Habner did less than 6 months ago had cracked because the tooth could not support all the filling she added. Overall, the team is very nice and if they don't try to charge you for a crap ton in dental work, they are a great place to go. However, a second opinion is highly recommended before you move forward with major work.
