Dr. Busch and his staff are amazing! They are so gentle and explain your treatment and options…read morethoroughly. The fear of seeing the dentist is gone when you step foot in this office, from the friendly front desk to the rest of the staff. Dr. Busch is an incredible dentist, so knowledgeable and he works with the precision of an artist. For the first time, I felt no pain when I had work done in my mouth. There is no one else I want to trust with mine or my family's teeth! You won't be disappointed if you see Dr. Busch and his team.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Busch. I…read moreunderwent a procedure that required heavy anesthesia. Prior to the procedure, we clearly discussed what work would be performed. However, while I was under anesthesia and completely unaware, Dr. Busch took it upon himself to perform additional work on my teeth without my knowledge or consent. Specifically, he altered two teeth that were healthy and had no issues. After the procedure, he claimed they were chipped, which was not the case. These teeth had been discussed during a previous visit, and I had explicitly declined any work on them at that time. When I returned home and realized what had been done, I felt shocked, upset, and betrayed. This was not what I agreed to. I contacted the clinic to address the situation, but Dr. Busch refused to speak with me directly and instead referred me to his office manager. She was defensive throughout the conversation, dismissive of my concerns, and did not offer any apology. Instead, she stated that they had a consent form with my signature authorizing the work. I strongly dispute this. Either the authorization was added after the fact, or it was not properly explained to me, as I do not understand tooth numbering and was never informed that these specific teeth would be treated. During my consultation, Dr. Busch explicitly stated he would only perform fillings on the teeth I identified. There was no discussion or agreement regarding these additional procedures. Since the procedure, the two teeth he worked on have caused me ongoing pain and discomfort. Despite this, he has refused to correct the issue or even communicate with me. As a VA patient, I was simply referred back to the VA system rather than receiving accountability or proper follow-up care from him. My teeth were perfectly fine before this procedure. Now, my quality of life has been negatively impacted. I cannot recommend Dr. Busch under any circumstances. I hope my experience helps others--especially veterans--avoid going through something similar. AN UPDATE - AFTER READING THEIR RESPONSE: I contacted the dentist as soon as I returned home after a work related trip! So their statement that time passed is non related as Dr. Busch was informed that I was leaving on a long term assignment the morning after the procedure because I asked him if I will be drowsy after the anesthesia! The fact that Dr. Busch is a veteran himself and this is how he treated a fellow veteran...is....SHAMEFUL....to say the least! Also him being a veteran has nothing to do with the quality of dental service he provides or his moral character, which at this point....speaks volumes! They claim to have contacted me 7 times by text prompting to schedule an appointment!? It's was a text for regular teeth cleaning which I can provide a copy of! As soon as they learned about my complaint, I received a voicemail from them which I have saved, and they informed me to not contact them anymore and that i need to go back to VA to have this fixed! Their claim that they came to work early in order to call me is also a lie, because the office opens up at 8am. They called me at 7.48am, which is their normal work hours. I mean, they are in the office 10 mins before they open at 8am. The office manager that I spoke to was extremely difficult to talk to. She kept interrupting me and gaslighting me trying to blame it on everything else. The fact that my VA authorization expired is also is not a valid concern! It expired many times in the past, they can easily activate it! Long story short: THEY RUINED MY TEETH AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND FIX WHAT THEY BROKE! For some reason the "expired VA referral" was not an issue when they reached out to me for teeth cleaning, but it all of a sudden became an issue when I asked them to see me and fix my teeth! They denied me medical services! I have attached a screenshot to my review to prove that the "expired" VA authorization was not an issue and that the text messages they were sending me were related to teeth cleaning.

This was my second experience of a tooth extraction under general anesthetic. I'm a complete baby which is why I always opt for IV sedation. Minor pain if any after the procedure and the office is so attentive and kind! I actually came back from another State as I didn't want anyone else performing my treatment. I already know my healing process is seamless and didn't even need pain pills. Look no more this is the office to go to with the best and most gentle oral surgeon ever and best office to deal with!!

Was referred to Dr. Aulletta from my Oncologist. Prior to the appointment, they received my medical records. After waiting over a half hour in the waiting room, was taken back and had an x-ray. The surgical assistant reviewed my medical history with me and left the room. She came back and told me that I have to go back to a prior surgeon that previously did work on the same side of my mouth even though it wasn't even the same tooth! Told her that we came to Dr. Auletta because he came recommended by the Oncologist since he supposedly has experience with post cancer patients. She left again and came back to say that he will not see me as a patient. Then, had the audacity to tell me that I would not be charged for the visit! What a joke. Clearly my medical records were NOT reviewed prior to our meeting. We had this appointment set for weeks & was pushed back almost a week later from the initial appointment. You wasted my time. Dr. Auletta, you are unprofessional and a coward for not even coming into the room and making your surgical assistant do you dirty work. Shame on you. I hope this review helps others to not waste their time and money going to your practice.

Also the manager, Tammy, does an awesome job at explaining any questions you may have regarding insurance and payments. Dr. Yu did an amazing job when I suddenly needed gum work. Not only did he explain everything that he was doing, but also made the procedure as quick and painless as possible. I will definitely return to him with any future work I may need. Finally, Janice does a WONDERFUL teeth cleaning. Not only is she the friendliest person you'll ever meet, but can find just about anything to talk about! One day I discovered Dr. Robert Yu. Read about him, I saw the picture, serious and calm man, and I thought to myself "This is the one". I have been going to him for few years, trying to fix the damage done by another doctor - Dr. Crawford. Yes, the one that had interview with the local TV, the one who after procedure have no time for you, and who's wife at the counter yelled at me for rescheduling an appointment. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yu and his office girls. So gentle, so caring, so intelligent. Every year he is attending classes in EU to update his knowledge with the latest in dentistry. If you see his office, you will know that the equipment and the services he performs are different quality, from others. You don't feel the needle with anesthesia, implants are ceramic, one piece and much more. But the most important fact is:: He cares about the patient, he will not compromise for more expensive procedures, something many others do. And when the dentist cares more about money, the service you get won't be what you need and possibly create more problems. That is exactly what happens to me, and Dr. Yu has fixed everything. Knowing so many others, I am afraid to visit another dentist. Be very careful when you choose one. Your teeth are very serious business! Never write a review right after you had something done. The problem is treated, you feel good, but what happened after the anesthesia wear off? Always wait few months, at least. I made that mistake and many others have too. Then is not so easy to write a bad review for many people. It is not a happy experience, and some people don't care about others health being compromised.
