I have been for two cleanings, an extraction, and a front tooth filling. My experience has been amazing. I am seeing the younger Dr. Chase. I have found a dentist that I want to go to for years to come. He listens, he's personable, his staff is friendly, they file your insurance, I've never had to wait more than five minutes in the office and parking is easily accessible. If you are looking for a dentist check him out. read more

Excellent care and friendly staff!! Dr.Chase did a very thorough assessment of my teeth!!!

I had an appointment with them recently. I can't say enough good about them. They are pleasant and very considerate of their patients. The office is clean and well lit. But above all, both Dr Chase's and their staff are "Top Notch", and do a thorough and professional job. I was blessed to have found them. Thank you! read more

I hate to admit it had been a shamefully Long time since I had been to the dentist after a rather horrible experience. Dr. Chase was recommended to me by a coworker and was super close to my house, so I bit the bullet and finally made an appointment. They were very accommodating and were able to get me in with one week for both an exam and a cleaning. When it came time for the appointment they are following very strict Covid standards. You arrive at your appointment 10 mins early and call them from the parking lot. They will come outside, take your temperature and have you fill out your paperwork in you car. You will receive a call from then when it's your turn to come in which is awesome so it limits your exposure with them/other people/etc. You are greeted at the door and they tell you where to put the pen, paperwork, and where to go. Once you get into your room you can remove your mask. Now the actual doctor - he's very no frills. He didn't coddle me and tell me everything was okay and that my long hiatus didn't have any repercussions but he also didn't make me feel the least bit bad about it either. He just told me where I was at, and what needed to be done to get my teeth in the best possible shape. Zero judgement which put me at ease. He offered a few different options and some recommendations on where to start. The cleaning wasn't bad either. I went back a week later for a few fillings and as unpleasant as they are, he definitely made it the best experience I've had thus far. Everybody was super nice and I'd highly recommend! read more

I have lived for more than three-quarter of a century and have been to numerous dental institutions but none comes close to matching Chase Dental. The doctor, Dr Chase, is great, the hygienist, Debbie, is great. If i had only come to Chase Dental from the beginning I am sure they would have kept my natural teeth until I am a century old. For those who are young this is the place to get your teeth treated gently but thoroughly. read more

I have been going to Dr. Chase for several years now but his practice has deteriorated significantly. He basically has no billing system and relies on notes from assistants in a manilla folder, which if not read, provide no relevant perspective on appropriate follow up. I advised the the good Dr. 6 months ago, after a cleaning, on a problem with tooth #5 only to see it fracture recently; and now it requires a root canal. My cleaning appt of a couple days ago was cancelled as I had not taken pre visit antibiotics. I was not told by the office or made aware. I had hip surgery 5 months ago. He then said before I left the office that I never told him I had hip surgery as I was in the week before for the fracture. The truth is that in February he took a full set of X rays and signed off on my surgery from a dental perspective. The surgery was March 2nd. He does not remember because he would have to read notes before an office visit which he does not do. Today I had a simple request for X rays to be sent to an email of a dentist in the Chicago area. It was not done. In requesting a reschedule of my cleaning, the first appointment was January. Time to move on. read more

I've had three appointments with Dr. Chase & his office so far. The first was a new patient where they did x-rays and a full inspection of my teeth. Ive never had a dentist be that thorough in a new patient eval. It was great! Second was my cleaning. The lady who did my cleaning was on time, very friendly, and extremely personable. Although the cleanings are scheduled out in advanced, I received multiple calls on the cancellation list so it was no problem at all. What a wonderful visit. Third, the dreaded extraction. I was stressing myself all week thinking about it. The guy tech came in and walked me through everything with confidence. Dr. then also came in and explained everything. It was 100% pain free and so easy. The whole appointment was about 15-20 mins long. I really love this dentist and am definitely here to stay. Thank you Dr. Chase and his awesome staff!! read more

If you looking for a dentist, make an appointment here first. You not going to be impressed with the office. It's clean though. What i am impressed with-it's atmosphere. You like coming to your long forgotten family. Everyone nice and pleasant. Because it's a " one man show",there is no sounds of drills or other associated with dental office which usually make my stomach churned. My first visit- x-ray + exam of every tooth,gums,etc... Guess what?! DENTIST told me i don't have problems at all!!!! I've never heard it as long as i remember!!! Only cleaning. Although first available appointment for cleaning was 4 month away, they put me on "cancellation list" and i got call 3 days later to come in. Ann did great job! Smile look like a million bucks now! And i am not switching this dentist! Come, see for yourself. read more

We came to this office after leaving a dentist that was all image and terrible practice. At first I wasn't sure...the office building itself is a little older. I got a cleaning and checkup that first visit and decided we had found our family dentist for good. The staff is incredible - they've all worked together for years, and you get a real sense of their rapport. They like what they do - they like each other. The hygienist I see, Anne, (there are 2) is wonderful...thorough, informative, funny. Dr. Chase is the ideal dentist - he does the work that needs to be done and talks honestly about the work that can wait. I have had to have some crown work done, and although we have dental insurance, crowns are pricey. Dr. Chase was great about prioritizing the work to fit our budget. Neither my husband not I have had any trouble with any of the dental work we've gotten. No nightmare dental experiences. His assistant Tina is wonderful, and it wasn't long before we felt like we'd been coming to the office for years. The front desk receptionist, Jenny, is the greatest - she is an insurance wiz, and really a sweet woman. This office may not be state-of-the-art fancy, or serve complimentary wine in the waiting room but they are capable, clean, and they care about every one of their patients. read more

The dentist is a nice guy but their billing is an absolute joke! My wife went in for an evaluation for a crown issue. They point blank refused to bill the primary dental insurance. Came back with a ridiculous estimate because the were not going on the CORRECT dental insurance. Went to another dentist, they estimated and billed the correct insurance without issue. To top in off we ended up having to pay a small balance to Dr Chases office when they literally provided NO service! Would not recommend at all! read more

I am not a good patient and mostly afraid because of bad prior experiences growing up. Dr Chase and his staff are wonderful and make you feel very comfortable. I have been going to Dr Chase for a long time now and I trust him completely. His staff is professional and friendly, I have had fillings, teeth cleanings and crowns and all without incident. I highly recommend Dr Chase as he is a gentle dentist and I have confidence in his ability to treat me. You will love him and his staff. read more
