My husband and…read moreI have been seeing Dr. Raulston for about 10 years, maybe longer, but we recently started bringing our 2 boys (age 6 and 3) to her office and she and the hygienist JJ are so amazing with kids! Both of my boys love going to the dentist every 6 months and even let them do X-rays and full cleanings on them. I'm so much more impressed than the pediatric dentists we have seen for them. It's nice it's a whole family affair these days in her office! My 3 year old was allowed to play with the "sucker" and got to go on a fun chair ride before his exam. They are seriously the best with kids. This was his first visit and did awesome, they make it so happy and fun so they aren't scared. They took pictures of his teeth, counted them, did X-rays, some water and suction and a little bit of polishing. His favorite part was picking a new toothbrush and visiting the treasure box! I had to go to an endodontist because they failed to provide me with treatment options and put a crown over a tooth that needed a root canal. A few months ago, I found Dr. Tillman from his reputation with patients. They explained to me that they run insurance estimates prior to, and that all payments would be required in advance or upon service. I had prepaid the amount quoted and then had some needed dental work done on top of that. Prepaid both times, and was told on my last visit that I was square. Turns out that wasn't true and now they claim I owed money from my first xray visit. Why wasn't this brought up on the follow up visit? Or the visit after that for corrections to the initial work? They will essentially balance bill you and say it was an estimate. I also had an appointment scheduled this week (for today), but they didn't have me on the schedule. Dr. Tillman personally called me on Jan 3rd to follow up on the remainder of the treatment plan HE recommended. Someone got confused and didn't add me to the schedule and they have no record of it. Funny how I have the voicemail and phone record for it. Dishonest and disorganized is how I'd summarize it. Dr. Tillman clearly cares for his patients, but something is disorganized and it's not me.

Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.

I filed a complaint with the Texas Board of Dental Examiners submitting evidence of the above and they found that my claim was valid and from Investigations it has moved forward to the their Legal Department for review and punishment. The partial work that Dr. Brown performed has failed. I paid him in full prior to the services and he refused to refund my money so he is a theif too.
