Dr. Runyon was great, but truly, it's the business he and his colleagues have built instituting caring individuals on the staff. I paid 2,250 dollars for the down payment. Our friends had their kids done at Forest Park so I called them. They said of course you can do gas before IV in their office at no additional charge. So I canceled the surgery. They said my card would be credited in a few days. A week went by. No credit. I called and after messages and texts I got a return call. Oh, we'll make sure that gets done today. Another several days. No credit. Called several times again. (They NEVER answer the phone or return calls.) Then it's "Oh! We'll make absolutely SURE THIS TIME your credit is issued." I told them if I didn't see a credit by Friday I was going to file fraud charges. We'll see if that does it. They don't offer the same services more reputable places do, they make you spend more money for the same procedure, then they don't refund your deposit as promised. I'm sure glad we didn't let them pull our daughter's wisdom teeth..

Seven months after the surgery my dentist and two other surgeons told me that Dr Williams procedure was wrong and he should have done sinus lift in the first place. Outcome of all this is that I have to do sinus lift this week and pay several thousand dollars extra because of Dr Williams mistake! It will not be done in this facility but with real professionals! I waited just a few minutes before Christie, the dental hygienist called me back. On the phone I told Gena that I had spinal surgery 6 weeks ago and Christie was already aware of my history. She was concerned about my level of comfort and continued to inquire throughout the visit. Christie was very easy to get along with and did such a great job cleaning my teeth. I was in & out of there in about 45 minutes. From discussions with my friends this is NOT normal.... 2-3 visits... pain and many hours in the chair is what they got! Dr. Loth and here assistant were like Edward Scissorhands. Always with the right tool ready to make my experience pain free and quick. I really can't believe how much of a non-issue this whole event was. Driving to Arlington from Fort Worth at 1 pm was more stressful. Really- don't put off a root canal because you are afraid.... go see Dr. Loth, she is pretty amazing! Oh ya- she races cars and rock crawls Jeeps, so that makes her pretty cool too :)

He is quite possibly the kindest physician I have ever met. He saw me on the 4th morning of my stay and managed to get me into the OR that very afternoon to do a very complicated extraction (the muscle was so contracted and inflamed I wasn't able to open my mouth). I have a massive hole in my jaw where he had to dig the tooth out, but he has been so reassuring in letting me know he will be there to take care of me through the healing process, that I have the utmost confidence that my healing will be complete. I wound up where I was because of a dentist and two doctors who failed to properly diagnose me in the preceding months, but Dr Peak knew exactly what to do and how to get it done. I simply can not say enough good about this man. Very grateful! If you need someone who will step up and take responsibility for your health needs when others leave you high and dry, this is your guy.
