What a joke!! Just waited 45 minutes for my NEW PATIENT appointment. There was a guy waiting who was there before me so I'm sure I would have waited ANOTHER 30 minutes to see the only hygienist who is working. When I said I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait any longer she actually said you shouldn't come on the weekends...we are always this far behind. Way to impress a new customer. Don't waste your time!!! read more

Think salesman first, dentist second. They will do whatever it takes to get you to pay more. The dentist is condescending and arrogant. The office staff is nice, but have no consistency in the information they give you. I had to cancel my appointment because I had the flu and they told me if I don't show up, they'll charge me $50. I told them that I've never given a credit card nor signed an agreement to pay for cancellations so they can't charge me for anything. Then a week later, they called to set up an appointment with me and I told them no, not after the $50 fiasco. They told me that there was no such thing as a $50 cancellation fee (???). All this happened around 2018 and up to this day, I STILL get solicitations calls, mailers, and emails. I've told them countless times to remove me from their marketing lists. I even moved and they found me. I even received an email through some professional networking app that requested to connect with me as a business owner....I'm not a business owner. VERY HAPPY with the service and work I've had done here. My previous dentist for 8 years failed to do repairs to a crown and because of that, I had to have them redone. A friend recommended Max 360 and I'm sure glad they did.. excellent work and service! read more

Smile Max 365 - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

These people are beyond horrible!!! Dont let them touch your mouth. The Dr degrades and scolds his assistants in front of patients. Promises work he can not complete and runs and hides when your not happy with his work. The hygentist complains about being over worked while shes is cleaning your teeth. There are so many doctors in this town. Dont waste your time going here. Michelle in benefits, you were great, you should find a different place to work, Dr. Espinosa does not deserve you. read more

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful especially with finding my insurance and getting me seen quickly.

Sent me a bill 9 months after I last was there for 600, doesn't say why. Tried to call, no one answers. What a scam.

I visited Smile Max after my dog broke my front tooth. I ended up needing a crown for it. Since it's my front tooth they took impressions and sent them to a lab to have the crown made so they gave me a temporary in the meantime. I just got the permanent today and it looks perfect! You'd never be able to tell it's fake. I had to come in a couple different times for this issue and the staff was always very friendly. read more

I had my teeth cleaned at Smile Max 365. It was a deep cleaning which required 4 visits. I work long hours and could not make it during the week. They had Saturday and Sunday appointments which worked out great! They were professional, the numbing and cleaning was painless, and they were very friendly. They set everything up with my dental insurance after carefully explaining all charges. I will return for any future dental needs. My experience was amazing! read more

So where do you go get a root canal and in a day or so you have a big hole in your tooth again with a piece of cotton inside the hole...and when you call they say that's what a root canal is a temp filling and they are not going to refill it because they basically want me to pay $322 to have a crown put on it...they used to be so nice now it's like pay or go elsewhere...if you see that man out dancing keep going it's not worth it... read more

Zero stars should be an option. 9-10 months after my root canal was done, and paid for, Smile Max sent a bill with no information or an invoice, just an amount they wanted me to pay. After several attempts I finally was able to speak with a person. The smile max associate informed me that they don't accept Cigna insurance. I informed them that at the time of services I was with MetLife which provided me with SmileMax info as a covered dentist. The Smile Max associate stated they would review the account and get back to me. They never did. Smile Max Just continued to text me a bill. After several more attempts with no response i finally spoke with another Smile Max associate. I was informed that the bills i received, in their office after services were completed, that were also paid at the time with insurance and cash, are only estimates. Estimates are provided before a service is rendered. A Bill is given after services are rendered. After dozens of calls I got to speak with two different associates who gave me two different stories. Bottom line the last associate is telling me that prices have changed and they're trying to bill me for more 10 months later. I'd liked the actual dentist. His staff was mainly under training and completely incompetent. I had to remind the dentist that they didn't numb me up before services. It's now obvious his billing department is also highly inexperienced. Read all reviews before dealing with this business. They will come back a year later and try to bill you for more money read more

Bunch of crooks who don't give you a detail plan with price break downs for stuff needed to be done! I received a call from them stating I need to prepay for my appt but this is the first time they have asked for a prepayment. Then when I got the time to call them back I was told I have to pay 800 dollars or 300 the day I called and the rest before appointment. Never going back! I will find someone else who will explain in detail the price breakdowns so I can plan accordingly and schedule my appointments around funds! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I should've came to yelp before hand but plan to look at other places and see what people say about them! Now that I'm out 4 teeth and a root canal done with no crown since they didn't place the crown when the root canal was done or like the dentist said "come back in a week and we will put in the crown" it's been 2-3 months now ever time I go they do BS things to keep pro longing my time and keeping there services going forever! read more

Went here because I had a bad toothache ended up getting 9 teeth pulled and getting a partial it fit fine just one wire wouldn't click in. When I went in for my two week post op appointment I had told Dr Ghorbani about it and he messed with all 4 of the wires and trying to force it in my mouth. When my appointment was over I wasn't able to put it back in so I went back in there he messed with it some more and forced it in my mouth and said don't take it out for a couple hours and after two hours it came out while I was talking and I couldn't put it back in made another appointment the next day just for them to say we can do another mold and get you another one but we might have to pull another tooth. Went in the next day to them saying we're not gonna do a mold of your mouth for a partial if you don't let us pull the other tooth. Instead of them owning up to there fuck up of messing up my partial they said the tooth is in the way of my partial fitting. Which is complete bullshit. Dr Esprinoza was a complete asshole to me and my sister after she came in to try and understand what was going on. They don't listen they will cut you off mid sentence and won't hear your concern I don't recommend this place at all!!! read more

My last visit to Smile Max 365 was in February 2022. I paid in full for that visit. At that visit, the dentist repeatedly insinuated that I needed to 'fix' my smile because I have a gap tooth, even though I LOVE my smile, and kept trying to upswell me on braces and stuff. I made a follow up appointment, but later canceled because I had moved across the valley and found a new dentist, and I didn't want to use a place that is constantly insulting you and trying to upsell you. They kept calling me about rescheduling over and over even though I told them I had a new dentist. They recently sent me a bill. No services or date are listed on the bill. I have no idea what at it could be for. I have called, but they don't answer their phone, so I left a message telling them that I haven't seen them since February and to remove the bill. They never answer and keep sending me emails to pay. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which they have yet to respond yo. Do not use this dentist. They're corporate and will send you bills and ignore you when you try to talk to them about it. They only care about money. read more

Might be fine for a cleaning, but if your looking for more invasive dental work save your time/money and go elsewhere. poor quality implants/dentures/caps/crowns. had a bridge for 3 weeks and it broke in half. would not replace or follow up and showed no concern sine i paid in full. read more

Great looking business. Wonderful staff. Very friendly. Technicians are well trained.

Dr. Espinoza has been my family dentist for 5 years now. He knows what he's knowledgeable and has the experience to prove. I have had bad experiences and severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist but not with him! I will drive my hour one way to continue coming to Smile Max 365 and you'll never change my mind! read more

There dental plans suck they quoted me 3 thousand just for a simple tooth extraction I will be looking for a different place for a tooth extraction there's no way it takes 3 grand for a simple p.s they refused to do the extraction due to me having seizures and referred me to oral surgery for a cost of 4300 at the least and 7500 at the most just for 1 tooth extraction you have got to be kidding me their is ridiculous I won't refer anyone to go here at the most I will tell them to stay as far away from these jokes of a dentist office there looking like money hungry bastards to me and refer people to places that charge a kidney and a lung just to do Business complete rip-offs I say !!! Don't go here !!! At all trust me it will save you the heartache read more

BEWARE! They will try to force you into unnecessary procedures and promise you free teeth cleanings only to send you a bill later on. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Very sketchy and unprofessional. read more

I booked a tooth cleaning for 11am. At 11:20 I asked, 'how much longer before I get in?' It took her about 10 minutes to go in the back and come out and tell me, another 15 minutes or so. I asked, 'do you have only 1 dental hygienist?' yes...and someone had just gone in. I asked are you always this far behind? (other people in there had been waiting longer than me) She wouldn't answer. I don't expect to wait 45 minutes for an appt, at least they could have told me..sorry we are running late when I checked in as they knew it would be a long wait. So maybe they are great but better book early in the morning so they won't be so far behind. I have to take pills 1 hour before a dental cleaning but I just took my paperwork and left. Most likely won't go back. Bad business practice for a new business at this location. read more

hope you have an awesome saturday...cindy has great customer service . they all are always willing go above and beyond

Good Dental Experience! Good painless cleaning, great personable staff and Mark was awesome.

This is the same as central dental care don't be fooled by the name change. I was so impressed with them and actually thought they cared for their patients. I was so wrong. They Harass me every time I go in about something I need done for my teeth. They keep telling me my teeth are going to rot out because of some cement from braces. But want to charge me over 600 dollars to remove it. Which is no way affordable. Please find somewhere else to go before they screw you over the way they screwed me. It's a shame because the staff besides the dentist are actually kind and wonderful people. I'm finding a new dentist and the crowns they so rave about being so wonderful are crap. I paid 3000 or more for 2 crowns and they are the worst ones I have ever received. Please do your research and don't go here. Convenient times doesn't make up for the dentist being mean and crappy work. I also lost a tooth because of them. They did a root canal and a crown on a tooth for my in 2017, keep in mind those are supposed to last 8years. NOPE I had to lose my tooth that they supposedly fixed because it became horribly infected. I was told by my new dentist that this happens when you have improper work done. So yep lost my tooth beware they only want money and don't care about you. read more
