I have truly never gone into any store, doctor's office, or other type of business that has customer service and been treated so completely like I'm the only person they helped all day. I came here for a second opinion from a dentist I saw that wanted to do a ton of work on my mouth. As an adult, I have had 2 cavities, and after this other office advised that I NEEDED many things done in my mouth, I sought out another opinion. I am so happy that I did! After a thorough look at my records and my mouth Doc said that he thought the other office was trying to over work my mouth. There is 1 area to keep an eye on, other than that... I am good to go! I must say this customer service is great Brad is very understanding and take pride in his work. want to say they are money hungry the first time I came a friend took me here they from the same country. (Romania) they charge me $900 for a partial denture because I have no insurance at the time after 2 days the tooth broke out I called they say to come in I came in and after 2-4 days right back to square one they say to come but o was getting a long appointment date eventually I forgot the date never showed up After 4 years I decided to give them a third try the one lady telling me she want to pull my wisdom tooth cause am not using it and it's all the way at the back she clean my teeth charged me $180 plus my insurance was charged also I left they call me after 4 months I went been very patient the male dentist again he made me a temporary after 2 days tooth fell again I went for him to fixed it he started then left me in the chair went to attend to another client who came after me telling me they are busy and he needs a couple of hours to complete the partial they charged me $360 for the same work that they charged me $900 5 years ago. Now I know something not right I would expect a price increase rather than a drastic lower price. Patience worn out and through the door. Terrible customer service for Groupon holders. I attempted making an appointment for my fiance who is in law school during weekdays. This horrible woman answers the phone and says she is the office manager and "affiliated with the owner" (as if that gives her the right to drive away all his customers). I call the first time and tell her I have a Groupon and she tells me she is on the phone with (more importantly) an insurance company and says she will call me back. Never calls back. I call again and she YELLS into the phone, talks over me and says "I don't have any time for Groupon customers until the middle of next month" like Groupon customers are slime she doesn't have time for. Despite her horrid personality I continued to try to make an appointment but it seemed all the days fell during law school hours. I said I would have to consult with my fiance and call back. I call back a third time and make the same attempt. She tells me "you may have to buy xrays when u come in"....i say "the Groupon says xrays are included" to which she says "I know what the Groupon says" . I then began telling her her customer service skills were awful and she goes on telling me she is annoyed I keep calling her! Just very trashy service. I have dental insurance and am adding my fiance come open enrollment but neither of us will EVER set foot in such a garbage establishment. I hope I can spare you this same experience too. read more

I just had the worse experience with We Care Dental. I found them dishonest and unprofessional. While at the dentist they found I needed a root canal. The Dentist at We Care Dentist was capable of doing the root canal. I was told if I stay in house with them it would cost less. They had another guy come in to do the root canal. Which I was led to believe was an orthodonist, which he was not. He could not complete the root canal. So they sent me to an Othodonist. However they charged me for work they could not complete. So not only did they put me through 2 hours of drilling. They had the audacity to charge me. To this day I am sorry I didn't take them to small claims court. Don't use this Dentist. read more

I was highly impressed with Brad, We Care Dental's dental hygienist. My husband and I met Brad when he worked for a dental office on the west side and we only went there because of his impeccable professional service. After he left and helped to open an office in Phoenix we followed. I was a dental technician for 14 years and I know a good hygienist when I see them and this is Brad. Brad is the best I have ever seen and although he is in downtown Phoenix and that's far from where I live when you find someone as thorough as Brad its worth the trip. Brad goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He never has overcharged us and all their prices have been fair. I am convinced that he and his business are one of the best dental practices, having integrity and reasonably fair prices. I give them 5 stars for this reason. read more

I didn't even get a chance to step into the office. I called to schedule an appointment and the person who answered seemed busy. He only got my name and scheduled and let me know with the Groupon it was just a basic cleaning. Which was fine but the way he said it was not good. It made it sound like the basic cleaning was crap and I was going to have to pay more when I get there. Make your office sound good not like this. Then a few minutes later he calls me back to confirm if I was coming in and says if am going to be a no show that they are probably going to charge me. I was like why would you say this to a possible new patient. You haven't even gotten me to come in yet. That was very discouraging and told him I would just call back to confirm appointment. This is the Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist, or any business. I purchased a groupon which included Dental Exam, X-rays, Basic Cleaning, 30-Minute Whitening Session, & Cancer Screening - between purchasing it and my appointment I found out I was pregnant so I was unable to do any of the services except for the cleaning which was the most important to me. At my appointment the dental hygienist did an exam and said there was an area he was concerned about so the dentist came in to look at it and said that everything look fine and I was good. He left and the hygienist went to start my cleaning and not very clearly threw in there that there was going to be an additional $60 for my cleaning. I told him that I wasn't interested in upgrading and that I just wanted the cleaning that I had already purchased and paid for - without the upgrade he refused to do the cleaning. I have NEVER heard of a business refusing to do a service if you didn't purchase their upgrade. I wasted $50, over an hour of my time and an afternoon of paying for a babysitter to get nothing done. I was blown away by the unprofessionalism and unethical practices of We Care Dental. Update: the following day after this I had a cleaning at my usual dentist, who confirmed that We Care Dentals response about infection was indeed not true and that their additional cleaning fee was nothing more than unnecessary, high pressure upselling. We Care Dental also contacted my office and discussed this situation to an unauthorized individual, which is a violation of HIPPA. I hope that my experience saves someone from dealing with this unethical situation. read more

I have received the best dental care from Brad over the last 10 years or so. Thank God I found him. He takes utmost care to ensure I have little or no pain during any dental services he provides. This is the primary reason I love to go to him. Like everybody else, I used to be scared to death when it was time to go see a dentist. Not anymore.. In addition, he's always been kind and courteous. I have never known any other side of him. I feel sorry for the few who had bad customer service experiences. Only if you had looked past that........ In all my 60 years of going to dentists, I have never had one like We Care Dental. They looked at my teeth and made a simple suggestion that changed my entire smile. It never even occurred to me to ask about what to do with my pointy teeth but their simple technique made a huge difference. Their hygienist taught me more about cleaning my teeth than I had learned at any other dentist office. It made me wonder what everyone else was doing when I went to my previous dentist for many years. And I had a crown put on and instead of rushing through the process, they were very patient with me and made sure I was ready for the permanent tooth. Their name fits their office perfectly. I have gone back to this dental office twice since my first visit, for cleaning and a follow up regarding a misalignment. Seems my 2 front teeth are loose! I can now feel it and I know the diagnosis is correct. No other dentist/hygienist has ever figured this out before. Truly a caring, clean and professional office! They didn't even mind that I had my two children in the room with me and happily worked with my time constraints. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist is definitely the most thorough, outstanding, knowledgeable one I have ever experienced! He seems more like a dentist with his years of experience and expertise about all things mouth related. I have very old bonding that is slowly eroding and constantly holds stains. Everybody tries to sell me veneers that I cannot afford at this time. And, with bonding, whitening treatments are not an option. Why then, on the first visit, was Brad able to eliminate my stains so I can smile with confidence? I have had at least three other hygienists try and just apologize, saying that the stains can't be lifted. I am a daily tea drinker and they still have not returned after a couple of months! I am definitely impressed and will save my gas money to drive to this office, which is further away since we recently moved. These professionals are genuine and you can tell they love what they do!
