I truly appreciate that she remained committed to seeing my treatment through to completion. I would also like to recognize the staff who helped make this long process easier. Nicole was very understanding, accommodating, and willing to work with me throughout my treatment. I especially appreciated Rachel, who impressed me with how quickly she learned and adapted. She was gentle, attentive, funny, and very easy to get along with. Her personality brought a sense of comfort and ease during appointments, and her dedication to helping patients was evident. Rose, my hygienist, also deserves special recognition. She is gentle, caring, humorous, and passionate about her work. She has a wonderful way of making dental care feel more comfortable and pleasant. What I appreciated about these women was not simply the work they performed, but their willingness to listen, work with their patients, and remain compassionate throughout the process. My five-star rating is therefore not meant to suggest that everything was perfect. The dentist is extremely unprofessional and come and goes, they forgot about me. She has an emotional support dog running around in the rooms. Without asking me the hygienist put the dog on my stomach and left it there for an hour. I am allergic which is besides the point. So unsanitary!!! They cracked a tooth while doing the cleaning and will not fix it or pay to have it fixed somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I am filing complaints with the dental board.

After meeting with Dr. Allen and staff I knew these people were ones I wanted to entrust to do the work. Getting implants is a process. It comes together over months not days or weeks. Healing takes time and so does getting a good fit. There were times when I lacked patience. Dr. Allen and staff stood beside me EVERY STEP of the way. They reassured me that I would be happy with end result. They were right. I had my final appointment this week and I LOVE the final product. DR Hopper himself is very nice and professional. His office staff, not so much. The front desk girl has attitude to spare. She treats me and my wife like she is doing us a favor to do her job. The hygenist - ZERO bedside manner. ZERO understanding of "IT HURTS". She likes to rest the suction tip (hard plastic) on your gums - which really hurts. Doesn't care.. Giving me numbing agents - again I try to explain it hurt (injecting too fast)... She was just condescending about it. Interestingly - and competely on her own - my wife expressed the same opinions and feelings about DR Hoppers staff - my wife is the one to suggest we find another dentist. My wife is extremely patient and friendly, for her to have issues - there ARE issues. The office is usually empty of other patients (I never thought about it). But now I know why.
