I can say that I've seen her work as a colleague and have worked with her in 3 different venues. So It was an easy decision for me to have her do a crown I had been procrastinating while working on patients of my own. She is an exceptionally skilled and experienced dentist. The staff is well trained and friendly. The environment is relaxed and I received excellent care for a challenging case. I recommend her above any dentist valley-wide (except myself, of course in which case it's a tie ). Thanks Dr. Erica and Smile Nuvo staff!

The dentist is extremely unprofessional and come and goes, they forgot about me. She has an emotional support dog running around in the rooms. Without asking me the hygienist put the dog on my stomach and left it there for an hour. I am allergic which is besides the point. So unsanitary!!! They cracked a tooth while doing the cleaning and will not fix it or pay to have it fixed somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I am filing complaints with the dental board.

Dental care @ moon valley was going to charge me $250 just for the exam & xray. Im glad i walked out of that office. I just moved here and shopped around this by far is the best place! All staff is very warming & made me feel comfortable. Prices are upfront if you are uninsured like me. After meeting with Dr. Allen and staff I knew these people were ones I wanted to entrust to do the work. Getting implants is a process. It comes together over months not days or weeks. Healing takes time and so does getting a good fit. There were times when I lacked patience. Dr. Allen and staff stood beside me EVERY STEP of the way. They reassured me that I would be happy with end result. They were right. I had my final appointment this week and I LOVE the final product. DR Hopper himself is very nice and professional. His office staff, not so much. The front desk girl has attitude to spare. She treats me and my wife like she is doing us a favor to do her job. The hygenist - ZERO bedside manner. ZERO understanding of "IT HURTS". She likes to rest the suction tip (hard plastic) on your gums - which really hurts. Doesn't care.. Giving me numbing agents - again I try to explain it hurt (injecting too fast)... She was just condescending about it. Interestingly - and competely on her own - my wife expressed the same opinions and feelings about DR Hoppers staff - my wife is the one to suggest we find another dentist.
