Found I needed some laser treatment on gums by my bridge and also to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Dr Malek explained both procedures and said it would be routine. Music to my ears. It took a month for my appointment but it was fine with me knowing that she isn't my regular dentist. I showed up and got in a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. Whatever they use as a topical and numbing the left side of my mouth I never felt any kind of pain or discomfort. I did feel the first poke of the needle but that was it. She did the laser treatment first felt nothing except the little mirror pressed to hold my tongue. I asked her if she had something to keep my mouth open. She asked why? " So you can pull the wisdom ". "I'm done, it's out". I was and still am shocked that I didn't feel a thing. She showed the tooth to me to prove it. I'm thrilled. I'm writing this the day after and so far the only thing I feel is little soreness where I think the shots were injected. I've had tooth extraction before and even then it didn't hurt but I could hear the sound of the tooth coming out. I'm going to give her and her assistant the credit for making my experience a dream. I'd say the same thing I heard other patients as they came out to the reception area. "Thank you, you're all tremendous ".
